However, after set up they completely forgot about us. They didn't submit the forms correctly to get the rebate promised. We kept waiting for it to happen. Every time we called about it they said they would fix it. They never did. They finally said they'd split the rebate since it was too late to fix with the provider and they'd just have to pay it. Not our fault they didn't do it right the first time, but I guess we got something. We will never use them again. Next time we will just deal with the 800 number of the big company instead of trying to go local. Very disappointing service after the sell.

I ended up going to Lynn's, and it was a little more than $100 and they had it ready and perfect in 90 minutes. I was also informed that the reason the other place takes 5 days is because they ship it in to apple, they don't even do the repair themselves.
