He quickly went over to the house, helped me choose the locks, installed them, FaceTimed me along the way, and sent me photo/video of all the completed work. I can't tell you how much this man cared. He listened to exactly what I needed. And he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. Also, the Service person lied and said that he was not the owner of the company, but an Internet search showed that he was the sole proprietor. He also talks negatively about me to my employees as he left taking his $700 check with him. He has refused to reimburse us anything for the overcharge. This provider is very deceptive.
