I sent her a box of my dresses..because there wasn't much movement and a good amount of time had passed. We spoke ,and settled on just sending the dresses back.. They send all but one back. I inquire about the missing item she mentioned it was on "hold".. more time passes. Just so happens- I have a major film buyer in town needing a dress. I tell her about Brides by Dizine and she could "buy" the one dress that has been on hold , as weeks had passed and I hadn't received payment. The film buyer drives an hour out of the way to purchase. The dress is not there. Trish tells her, it's sold! I would have never sent the buyer an hour each way out of the way. As I assumed, I would have either heard communication or received payment. It's been years! No dress , no payment just unanswered emails. I feel completely blindsided and taken advantage of. At minimum, the truth and communication would have helped tremendously. I understand small businesses can be difficult .. but totally taking advantage and not paying someone their rightful payment is the worst!!!

From the exquisite lace and intricate detailing to the way it fit her so beautifully, it was everything we could have imagined for her--and more. Seeing her walk down the path to Aspen Lake at Innsbrook in that dress is a moment I will never forget. But what made the experience even more special was the incredible care Alex received from the team at The Wedding Gallery. From the very beginning, they took the time to make sure every detail was just right. They understood how important this dress was, not simply as something she would wear, but as part of one of the most meaningful days of her life. And they took the time to incorporate very personal details into the dress, including lace from my wedding dress from 40 years ago. After locating the dress I wanted, in my size, I was told I could not try it on. I thought she was kidding but I quickly realized she was just rude and meant it. She said I could make an appointment but she didn't have any openings in the near future. The woman was so rude. It turns out that SHE was the owner! They lost my business and I certainly will let everyone know what their version of customer service looks like.

Purchased used camper trailer that was supposed to be checked out two times. Found many problems…read morethat should have been fixed before sale including, hot water heater inop. furnace vents did not flow air in bathroom and bedroom, outside speakers did not work they took the mattress out and said they would replace it but I had to buy one from them. The black water tank will not drain because the drain door is stuck. I was told I had to finance the camper or they would not sell it for agreed price. I paid it off three weeks ago and still do not have the title. Very bad experience for me. Contacted store manager and no help. Didn't expect it to be perfect but didn't so many things wrong Doug
