Be careful when you purchase a piece of furniture on sale from Kimbrell's. Look it over closely, it…read moremight be damaged, but they may not disclose this until after it's been delivered. At least this was my experience from the Seneca store. Right after my "new" couch was delivered, I found some gouges in the side of it. I called them, and they said that they knew about it and that was why it was on sale. But they didn't tell me that before I purchased it. They "graciously" offered to pick up the couch and refund my money or sell me a new one at full price.

He gave us a price for what we picked out. I went home and found the same merchandise on Ashley's website for a lower price so I called him and asked if he could match the price Ashley had online and after I told him the price he said no but an hour later he called back and told me he had spoke with the manager and the manager told him he would match the price of Ashley but when arriving back at the store the manager would not match the price of Ashley furniture's and was very rude about it. I will not be a return customer to the store.
