The left side of the recliner works fine, but the right side has always been "sticky", meaning sometimes it is hard to open, and sometimes your legs shoot up quickly. It does not show a lot of wear, but internally, it is worn out it creaks, and whoever sits on it, is sitting on a slant. it is uncomfortable, to say the least. I have made over a dozen calls and emails, which have either ignored, or I was promised they would send someone out, which has never happened. The last review I left, the manager asked under (the review) for me to call him. I HAVE CALLED MULTIPLE times. They own their website, so any reviews can be easily be removed by management, which has now been done twice! Since owning this sofa, I now suffer from Sciatica, and have been seen by my doctor, Physical Therapists, and now a chiropractor. I have been told by medical professionals that it IS POSSIBLE for sciatica to develop from sitting on an uneven surface! If you do buy from these people, keep a log of phone calls. I had to go to my telephone provider to get a list of calls to Farmers Home Furniture, and luckily they were able to give it to me. Anyone know a good lawyer? Our Two seater recliner with a center console was AS FAR from a good value as a person could possibly get! It still looks good but does not "SIT RIGHT"! STAY FAR AWAY FROM FARMERS!
