Feeding a child in a bouncer seat instead of holding them while the infant was gagging to take a breath is unacceptable. If there is more then one child that needs to be fed the lead teacher should have called as ask for help. It is sooooo sad when you report a person of doing these things and they don't get fired, but instead you get let go for no reason as the director was very unfair! They kept saying they "abide by the state minimum" and I don't know about everyone else here but but when it comes to my children and especially for what they charge I don't expect the minimum anything.
