We had deep scratches in the top of the driver door from our friend's dog. While, understandably, he made no promises, Arturo said he'd do his best. Well, his best is amazing, fantastic! He managed to make the scratches all but disappear and his ceramic coating process makes the car shine better than new. We will be back with our Jeep Grand Cherokee for the annual service. Supporting small, local business is important and Arturo makes it easy with his solid work ethic and keen attention to detail. Absolutely recommend! read more

We agreed on a price $275. & we booked an appointment. We were on time & when We arrived as scheduled he was unprofessional & his business was a mess. Definitely a bad experience & will spend my money with a different locally owned business. PS my truck looks exactly the same as when I took it to him. No cleaning was done. read more

I called Elegant Detailing in a hysterical panic after a can of paint tipped over in the back of my car, and Arturo told me to bring it in right away despite his full schedule. He was extremely sympathetic to what I was experiencing and reassured me it was no big deal. Just got my car back 24 hours later - it looks brand new and I'm shocked. Had my car done with ceramic coating a year ago. Over time the tail gate is now like sand paper. I called and talked to Arturo who laughed at me because it's a year later. This happened over time, not over night. I simply called to ask what would have caused this hoping they would want me to bring it in to look at it. He just laughed it off and showed no interest in me bringing it in. Keep in mind, I wasn't looking for a free fix. I'm willing to pay them to fix it. I'll take my business else where to fix it and have them take care of my car moving forward. Had a great experience...I have a black Yukon that looked like it was driven through a mountain of dry branches; scratches everywhere. I was a little bit skeptical when Art told me that he could get 80-90% of the scratches out. He picked up the car on Tuesday and delivered it on Wednesday evening and it looked like a totally different car. Most of the scratches were gone and it looked almost brand new. I will definitely be coming back to Art with all of my cars. read more

Used a Groupon for an interior and exterior cleaning on a sedan. Paid $109.00 plus a $20.00 mileage fee and it was a huge waste of money. He showed up an hour late even though we were his first appointment of the day. Despite this, he STILL charged us the $20.00 fee for being out of his area. He tried to sell us a whole bunch of extras and complained about how busy he was. Uh, sorry, but if you are that busy and can't find help, DON"T offer a Groupon! He spent a total of about 45 minutes cleaning a disgusting used car that we had bought. I could have done a better job. As a matter of fact, after he left, I went out and completed all the work that he didn't do. Huge waste of time and money. I would never use this company again. read more

Scam alert! Arturo doesn't keep his word or know what the word "mobile" means. I bought my wife a living social coupon $125 for "mobile" detailing of her BMW. She called Arturo and he said they don't mobile until April. We tried to work with him and set an appointment to come to his shop. When we arrived, he said he couldn't do it. Arturo has black cloud syndrome...there's always some problem and he can't do what he said he would do. read more

Just picked up our SUV and am VERY disappointed! Bought a Groupon and paid $129.00 for basically what I get done at the car wash for $23.00. He had the car for a day and a half. Water marks all over the car, chrome not polished/wiped bugs all over the mirrors. Actually pointed out the marks and wiped them off with my finger...he said the whole car needed to be polished out at a cost of $400. Now I need to go out and finish the job, which will take me several hours. Hopefully Groupon will reimburse some of my money! Update: Just went outside to finish detailing job myself. Car was never waxed, Windows were not washed on outside, bugs on mirrors came off in seconds ( he never even touched them), inside of doors never cleaned, chrome rims not completely wiped clean... and much more. I had a window bust of in my car so I took it to element detailing and the guy charged me $135 to basically vacuum out my car and was the mats. It was way over priced, I had to clean the car more when I get home. Not something you want to do when you pay $135 for a detail. LaVonne P The owner has a real problem with atitude and customer service. I brought my 2016 Tiquan which is well maintained and just wanted that "new shine look" when I purchased my groupon. The minute I walked in and handed him the groupon her started complaining about how he does not make any money on groupons and he could not do groupon anymore. He drew my attention to a car that came in just before mine and it was a pit I agree and it was a groupon car. I asked him if he would charge more on a car like that and he just shrugged his shoulders. My car is well maintain, no kids, however there is a little dog hair that gets in just from going in and out. No dogs ever in my car. He saw the little hair and immediately said he would charge me $65 an hour for the dog hair. I told him I did not realize that was on the groupon and I would vacuum it myself because it would only take me 10 minutes. I was not happy because I am bringing him an essentially a pretty clean maintained car and he is going to charge me more but he is not going to charge the "pit car more". I vacuumed my car, It took 10 minutes $2 at the car wash. I brought it back and told him that I was not happy. First of all because of his whiney attitude. He had nothing positive to say to me. He acted from the beginning that he did not want to provide me service due to the groupon. We are even a returning customer. Since I told him that I was not happy , he told me that he would not work on my car. " I have a right to refuse". My daughter told me that he complained about the groupon last year to her so why is he still offering it. The point is usually to get new customers. I even told him that I was looking to get my car service every 6 months. So he lost a big customer here. read more

I had my '03 BMW detailed by Elegant Detailing last week and the car looks fantastic. Arturo was very professional, extremely diligent and hardworking, and concerned about my satisfaction. Although it wasn't' 'disgusting', the car had not been waxed or detailed in several years, and he made it look nearly new. He spent probably five hours on it. I used a Groupon, plus I asked for an extra for him to use a clay bar on the car. Totally worth it if you want the smoothest possible finish. I was completely satisfied. read more
