Upon exiting the wash tonight, I saw a man jump out madly waving his arms and screaming at me to stop. Scared me half to death. Against my better judgement, I rolled down my window just a tad thinking maybe something came off my car. Turns out it was the owner, who (I felt) chastised me for going too slow over the undercarriage wash. Actually he said he was concerned the back of my car didn't get sprayed. But yep, it appears his stalker eyes didn't see that it sure did get sprayed adequately. WTH, who accosts their customers like that-- especially at night?! If I'm paying $16 for a wash, I'll take as much time as I need to thank you very much. So we'll be taking our family of cars elsewhere. For the same (actually lower!) price, we can get a wash, along with FREE vacuums, and FREE detailing supplies at the new Whistle Express Car Wash which is 2 minutes up the road. Was then told to head to the other side where they did the work. Walked across and checked in there. Discussed the chips and he went ahead and took my car keys. I waited in the waiting area. They don't seem to have wifi so that wasn't handy but I managed to get some work done off my hotspot. They fixed it well. The one was deep. Hopefully I won't need to but if I have more chips I would return.

Long wait lines, car accidents inside the car wash tunnel do to young staff who don't car lining the cars up a foot apart. And then closing at odd hours for no reason. I will be canceling my membership here today and taking business elsewhere where I don't have to worry about wasting my time or having my car crashed into for incompetent staff. In the photos you will see a 3 car accident that happened in the tunnel. A closed car wash at 430pm and someone in the gutter in the middle of the day for no reason.

The total cost was only $37 to replace the valve stem. But, even when emailing this company, they ghosted me, never even responded to my email, management on site wasn't helpful. So not only did I not get my car wash payment reimbursed, I had to pay $37 to get the valve stem fixed with no communication at all from this company. Go elsewhere.

They came to our house and did a waterless wash in our garage then applied the ceramic coat. The coating came out gorgeous and our black Tesla looks amazing. We were also walked through how to take care of the car and the 5 year warranty. I plan to have them back for my 2500 Black Silverado due to how it came out and how friendly the owner is.
