I brought in my 2013 Jeep Rubicon after it had been sitting in my driveway for quite a while, and was in rough shape. Dusty, grimy, and neglected both inside and out. Background, and I so wish I had before pictures: we have a boxer. And anyone who has fur baby boxer knows what our Jeep looked like before the detail. It was a year and a half to two years worth of doggie slobber. Add to that a trip to Lake Powell, Moab, a few beaches on Oregon, and living on a dirt road and there was fur, slobber, and sand everywhere! Enter Splash... For starters, Eugene answered the request for a quote instantaneously. I don't think I even waited 10 minutes. It's steep, but add to it all the amazing reviews we knew we couldn't go anywhere else. Eugene was very attentive and talking to him, Tanner, and Noah was like talking to friends of ours. Pictures of the whole process were sent, we were updated frequently, and the whole car was completed before we thought it would be. Wow, what can't I say about Splash Mobile Detail. First of all, I received this car in not the best state from the previous owner. The previous owner had smoked heavily in this car and left stains and ash all over the seats. As the new owner, and the neat freak that I am, I knew I had to get this car professionally cleaned. There was absolutely no way I could have done the job myself. I requested a quote through Yelp and within minutes I received a quote from Eugene. When he gave me the quote, it was a bit above my price range but Eugene said he'd work with me and to give him a call in the morning. Boy, was I glad we talked it though. Eugene is the owner and is extremely knowledgeable about cleaning and taking good care of all vehicles. I explained to him everything I needed and he gave me an extremely fair price. What was even better was that he was able to fit me in that day and promised a 24 hour job. Eugene and his team were extremely responsive and I knew I had left it in good hands. They did a complete ozone treatment to get the smoke out of the car, waxed the exterior and did a DEEP clean of the interior. Eugene called me that night and updated me on the process. He even recommended that I purchase a new air cabin filter to preserve and elongate the cleanliness of my new car. The next day, Eugene and the team notified me that the car was ready. For such a big job, I was surprised that they were able to get it done in 24 hours. When I showed up to pick up my car, I couldn't believe me eyes, it was like picking up a brand new car from the dealership. My detailer, Danny, walked and talked me through the entire process and even showed me how to change my air cabin filter. I brought in my 2007 Toyota Tundra which has been used for the last 8 years as a work truck in addition to an every day vehicle we used when we traveled with our two short haired dogs (that were not in kennels). The truck had never been professionally cleaned and the last 8 years we have really neglected taking care of the interior. There was SO much dog hair! And because it was short hair, it was literally impacted into the carpet and upholstery. Eugene walked me through what they were discovering and what the next steps could be - always providing me with options - I was not forced to upgrade service. Nico and his team had to remove the seats (extra fee but since we didn't know this ahead of time, Eugene provided a generous discount) in order to do the kind of clean he finds acceptable - meaning, this guy only settles for perfection. Forgot to review Splash Mobile the first time we used them, but now that we've had consistently good service on two occasions time to post a review! First thing I really appreciate is the communication throughout the process. The owner is incredibly quick to respond and thorough in sending you a complete break down of the work & cost so there are no surprises. From there you get reminders and ETA updates right up to your appointment so you never have to worry about your appointment. I've had Carlos work on our cars both times (Prius & a Tesla Model Y) and each time he is on time, very nice, and such a hard worker. Both times my cars don't just look new off the sales floor clean. They look like so glossy and the paint is vibrant. Your car will be a headturner. I'm always impressed with the cleaning on the interior as well, especially considering the first time we used Splash Mobile we had some sunscreen that needed cleaning off the seats. Not a problem, every blemish is gone! The only thing that hurts is getting your car this gorgeous isn't cheap. However, where we lived before this level of car wash wasn't cheap either. It's just the nature of the beast when you're trying to keep cars above a certain price point in peak condition. I also realize I'm paying more for the luxury of having their mobile service come clean my cars in my driveway. I can easily save some cash taking it a short drive to their brick and mortor shop but it sure is a nice amenity that saves me time. Carlos, the guy who actually does the cleaning, did an amazing job and has over 25 years of experience. 5/5 great dude and excellent job. Got some gnarly stains out and was very nice. If not for Carlos, I would rate this 1/5. The sales rep/manager was nice but over charged the heck out of the service (by $100s), lied about the cost of products (a supposed bottle of $400 wax less than $200, among man other products that a bit of research would actually tell you). Not to mention "joked" about not working for someone who "lives under a bridge" because I can assume they thought I had some trash and a gym bag in my car. Was happy to listen to them "educate" me on car but overall a super know-it-all, "your opinion doesn't matter on the matter because I know more than you." Originally quoted be less than $400 for a simple interior job, then kept sporadically sending me new quotes. Worst of all, the manager had started work on the car BEFORE WE AGREED ON WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. Then when I tried to say "Wait I don't want that done" they said "too late". This wasn't like 30 min into the job either. So unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I can however recommend any and all work done by Carlos. read more

He took the time to ask questions about the type of car I was driving and whether I had ever done a detail before. My car had never been detailed, exterior or interior. I bought the car a year ago and knew that this 2003 Lexus had seen better days, when it came down to the interior. I wish I had taken before pictures to really compare the service that had been done. There were stains everywhere, and awful order coming from the vents, the passenger's seat was a lost cause, and carpets couldn't of honestly been torn up and burned for how filthy they were. Carlos, Danny, and Eugene worked on my car to get it ready in a few hours. I cannot say this enough on how grateful I am to these guys. With some of them having over 20 years of car detailing, it sure does show that they knew exactly what they were doing to take care of my car. There was enough dog hair to make a whole large breed mix and they completely eradicated all that fur!
