He was able to meet the special photography rules that the church had asked us to follow and he coached us throughout the reception on when and where to get great shots. I didn't know how long it would take to get all the photos I wanted, so I hired him for up to 4 hours. We were done in 1 1/2. He was so reasonable! He had all the pics to us by that same night and we were able to review them as a family before the kids went back to their own worlds. We were so grateful and had so much fun with him! He helped us figure everything out ahead of time (shot list, flow of the day, etc) and was incredibly professional and fun the day of the wedding. Most of the time, we didn't even notice he was around, which I think says a lot about a pro photographer. His photos were so incredible and he really did capture every special moment of our big day without being intrusive or making us feel rushed. For us, that was the perfect balance: great photos from a photographer who seamlessly blended into the scene of the day.

They are good photographers, but when I called for a new appointment they said you can just walk in…read morewith no appointment. So the next day (Wednesday) I walk in as instructed. Well, as it turns out, they are not open Wednesday unless you have an appointment. I am not a mind reader, and you would think that by calling in advance I would be told what to do by the owner. I drove 25 minutes to get there and had to go to another location that actually was open instead. That sort of inconsideration is not acceptable.

We originally wanted to have our pictures taken at Lake Tahoe, but weather didn't permit so we got creative and took pictures in her studio. It was quite fun taking so many pictures under her guidance. The studio is cozy and welcoming. She also has a good number of beautiful props and many dresses to choose from.
