Really thought these guys were going to be good based on all the positive reviews. I don't doubt they can do a good job, but if they don't, good luck trying to reach them to get the problem fixed. I had 2 TVs (75" & 55") mounted by them last Tuesday. When you call as a new customer, Rodger the manager, is prompt and responsive. Gave me an appointment same day and techs showed up at the scheduled time. Upcharged me for the 75" tv because it was steel studs and not wood studs. Ok, not a big deal. Asked to center the tv, they measured and mounted, but they were about an inch off. Ok, not a big deal. Now mounting the 55" should be easier, right? It was, as they only spent 15 mins on it. I thought all good and they left. I usually don't like hovering when the techs worked since they are pros right? Not so...I could have done a better job. I was busy moving in so I didn't immediately check closely but once I started using the 55", I noticed the techs didn't use the proper screws and didn't screw the mount into the wall studs. They used their own smaller screws with drywall anchors. Needless to say, with the tv swiveled out, the top mount started pulling away from the wall. Now trying to get this fixed has been a pain. I called on the Sunday and left a message. No reply. Called several times on Monday, no answer and no return call. Texted on Monday, no reply. Called Tuesday and finally reached him. Said to text him my address, that he already had, to schedule the fix. I did and again no reply and no schedule. I called again on Wednesday with another number, and surprise, Rodger picked up right away. When I asked about the schedule, he said he texted but my number didn't work...such BS! Finally set a schedule fo Thursday between 10-11am. Thursday comes around and at 10:45am, got a texted stating the techs will be late, 12-12:30pm, knowing I would be unavailable after noon. Asked to reschedule to today, Friday. No reply. Called again this morning, and surprise, no answer. I decided to cut my losses and remount the 55" tv myself. Now I have to buy a stud finder. FYI, was quoted $150 for two TVs, paid $180 because of the steel studs. If I paid with a credit card, I would have stopped payment. These guys take no accountability for their work and pretend to try and fix the problem. I have had my TVs mount many times, and this by far is the worst company I've dealt with. You can judge for yourself based on the pictures I posted. If you do hire them, watch them work and pay with a credit card. However, there are many tv mounting services out there that are more responsible. I would hire them instead.

They showed up on time, with masks and we extremely friendly and efficient. They made sure I was happy with the placement of the TV, that is was straight and centered, and explained everything. They also gave me a wire cover, WOW! Now this is where they go above and beyond, they not only did the Tv, but helped me hang a large mirror as well. They even helped me with a TV I mounted myself and fixed the problem! I looked around and got a few different quotes and Elegant Mounting guaranteed not only did the best job, but their prices are unbeatable. I would highly recommend them to any friend or family member no doubt! Give them a call for all the mounting and hanging services you need!

I made an attempt to install my tv mount on my own but I missed the studs and the weight of the TV almost pulled the wall out. After a few months of looking at the mount on the wall I figure it was time to call a professional. So I think I started requesting people at the beginning of the week and they got back to me in a good amount of time and before everyone else. He had a price I could work with and other than that it was just scheduling. When I finally caught up with them we narrowed it down and he came on time and he finished quickly. ( pause, lol) I already have my leds for the back of the TV and now I can buy a console to go beneath it for storage.. I will be calling back for some other work. read more

These guys are fast, efficient and professional! They are also very personable and nice and told us to call them if we had any questions or have any trouble with furniture assembly, etc. THEY DO IT ALL!! Got my brand new TV mounted on our wall and it looks great! Very responsive via text so it was easy for me to schedule installation while working. I'd like to first point out that their customer service is amazing! I was given a quick response when looking to find the right and affordable company to mount my two tv's! I really appreciate that I was given an ETA prior to arrival & also when the installer had arrived! It's the punctuality for me ! George, who was my installer knows exactly what he's doing! Mounted my tv's with no problem whatsoever! He even came back after I noticied that the cables from one of my tv's weren't hidden which was my fault cause I didn't mention that as he was setting it up. He came back finished the job and my tvs look great!! I highly recommend & will recommend them to my family & friends! Thank you George!!! read more

Highly recommend! Easy and quick to book and excellent customer service. I hired them to hang my TV and they were here within an hour and were very professional. I found them on Craigslist and gave them a call. I really wanted my tv mounted same day and he made that happen without it being expensive. I honestly think the the turnaround time from them arriving to leaving may have been 30-45 mins. They were very quick and professional! It looks so nice on the wall now! Thank you!! read more

I usually do wall mounts myself, but this specific mount I got was too complicated for me, as it was meant for over the fireplace mounting TVs to come down and cover the fireplace (see pictures). I messaged Elegant Mounting, they were pretty responsive and were out to me within a couple days. Jay was really cool about the job, even though it was tougher than the usual mount job. He got to work, made sure everything was perfect down to hiding the wires and appropriate slack for the wires. Highly recommend. read more

Chris was amazing. I was having issues with my sound bar connecting to my tv, so I tried to fix it and failed. Some how I even knocked the TV off of it's mount. Being the typical girl that I am I was lost. I found this company on craigslist. I shot them a text and within minutes I received a text and a call back. They were able to walk me through the process of setting everything back up through the phone, including how to remount the tv that I had knocked off. For all this help I wasn't even charged. I would highly recommend this company and Chris. Chris showed kindness and understand about what I was going through and didn't even laugh when I asked him the most basic questions about pairing the sound bar back to my tv. I will definitely be using them for any other house hold problems that come up. Especially the ones I cause myself. read more

Amazing Service!!! I found Elegant Mounting through Instagram. I didn't really have high expectations however in the end they blew my mind away. I initially called around 9pm on a Friday night. I assumed I would get a voicemail message however someone answered & immediately go to business asking my tv size, my requested placement, my location & followed up with an appointment for the following day. They assured me that I didn't have anything to worry about all I had to do was be home and direct them in the direction of my television. The following day they arrived (2 younger gentlemen) promptly at my appointment time 11am. I showed them my tv and where I thought I wanted it. They gave me a few suggestions as to why I should move it to another area. They mounted the tv within an hour and hide the wires within my wall and insisted to clean up the debris, I told them don't worry about it I'd take care of it. As they were leaving I inquired about 2 of my other televisions in my home and they gave me an amazing price that included the mounts for both. I will definitely refer them to everyone! They are definitely affordable and down to earth I felt like I was hanging out with friends read more

I bought a 52 inch Sony TV, and a Sony surround sound system but I was clueless on how to mount and install the surround sound! I highly recommend this company for all your TV mounts. They were in and out of my house in less than no time and did a very professional job with 65 inch, 32 inch TVs and a sound bar installations. They also helped us mount a couple of heavy mirrors all for a reasonable price. I will be using them again for other work around the house. I found them on OfferUp, they came within 30 mins of my request for services. They came prepared and worked fast. Rodger had good suggestions and explained the whole process. When I was missing a certain screw for my TV they went out to the nearest handyman store and got it. We got two large glass whiteboards and a TV uninstalled from the walls in our office. The guys were quick and professional. One of our meetings ran over and the guys had to wait a half hour before starting the job. They were very polite and did not complain about the long wait. 5 stars plus some. These guys were courteous and professional. The job was late night and they made an effort to keep the installation as quiet as possible because I have thin walls and my neighbors hear everything. Excellent service. Called Roger Thursday, we booked an appointment for the following day. He was punctual, professional, and very nice to work with. He hung two small mirrors, mounted two LARGE TV's, and assembled a bed frame. He was fairly priced and will be saving his number for future house needs! Installers did the perfect job integrating every part of my home theater system. My neighbor has the same system and had it installed by another company and it doesn't even look like the same tv. My picture quality is much better, and all my system works perfectly. After seeing my setup he going to have these guys come back out and re-setup his Sony 65" 4k. read more
