I recently got my bedroom TV mounted. Jay was very good at responding to my Yelp messages. He had better pricing than a few other companies I received quotes from. Bobby did the installing and he was on time, professional and friendly. He even cleaned up after he mounted the TV. Originally the plastic cover for my cord was at the bottom to the left of my TV and it looked a little off but Bobby came back to place it in the middle. Now it looks great. He also patched up the small holes from previous screws and painted over it. I would definitely refer these guys to friends. read more

If you know me at all you know that I am completely incompetent when it comes to handiwork so when our TV had to be mounted at our new apartment, I went straight to Yelp. After doing some research and messaging a few different companies, TV Guy Jay was the cheapest option by far and when I called, they were available to come the same day! Michael mounted our 32" TV above the fireplace in less than an hour and a half and the $125 cost included everything from the tilt mount to installation to plastic for hiding the cords. These guys are fairly priced and deliver awesome results. Jay and Vargas were awesome. They sent a text when they left the office, got here with proper PPE's (thanks covid19), we talked about what they would do, and they went to work. There were some surprises and setbacks as the wall is a little crooked and the recessed area wasn't perfectly straight but these guys solved any problem. They got done a little past the estimated time but still honored their word to me. These guys are worth every penny. Very professional, knowledgeable, clean work, and pleasant. Anyway, his service is so reliable and impeccable every single time. Most recently he sent Bobby to come and mount 3 TVs for us + a sound bar and Bobby was the best! He was so kind, personable, funny, and efficient! He also knew a lot about TVs and the cable provider we had so was assisting us setting everything up all while he was still working. WOW!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I dont ever write reviews cause I dont have time and I usually dont want to waste the little time I do have on reviews. It says alot in society today to find REAL HONEST GOOD people. Well these guys are the diamond in the ruff. Jay was awesome from the start. This was a spur of the moment idea for me and he just went along with it from the quote request. Answered all of my questions without hesitation. I had about 5 quote requests. His stood out from the rest just by his demeanor and patience. I decided to go with him. I called on Monday and he was as equally pleasant and patient as he was via message. He was open and honest from the start. We set up for Wednesday (today) at a noon to 1 window. Michael was actually 5 mins early called and was very respectful and kind. Another gentleman joined him who's name was also Michael. They could not have been more gracious,respectful, knowledgeable, pleasant and kind. They did wonderful work. I had made a mistake about a few things which was TOTALLY my fault and they accommodated BEYOND my expectations. If I could fit 30 more TV's I would have them work so much more. DONT EVEN waste time with other people just call them. I PROMISE you will not be disappointed. I'm now thinking of having them mount my bedroom TV just cause they were that awesome. TV Guy Jay went above and beyond in installing a television for my mom. Jay was patient with my questions prior to scheduling service, and fantstic and thorough when performing the installation. He was able to schedule the job quickly, came on time. I received confirmation of the schedule and a text to say that he was on his way. I think the set-up was a bit more involved than anticipated, yet he took it all in stride and worked with the quirks of the desired TV location (in an older cabinet/armoir). And explained everything to my mom. He really knows his business and even took the initiative to research functionality questions I had with respect to a new Fire TV cube he helped install a few days after the job was completed. I purchased the 50 dollar basic installation voucher from Amazon local (what a deal!). Then I decided to add in the in-wall mount for an extra 50. Jay was fun to talk to and professional throughout the whole process. His work was thorough and he left my place clean. All of that would have earned him 5 stars anyway. Then the kicker. He accidentally scratched my tv mostly due to my bedroom being super cramped. Scratch was barely visible and I probably would not have seen it unless I knew it was there. So even after he told me he scratched it, I told him hey it's okay I'm cool with it - just give me a discount and we will call it even. But he insisted that he get me a new TV. And he did! He came back with a brand new TV still in the box then unboxed it in front of me and installed it. Since my old TV was about 4 months old, getting a new TV more than made up for whatever inconvenience he caused. TV mounting work isn't rocket science and most professionals would do it correctly. Although I think Jay did it exceptionally well. But more than that, he was super courteous and cool when something went awry and mitigated the situation quickly. That to me sets him apart from all the other guys out there. Because I can have him in my house and trust that the work will be done right and with integrity. These guys are pros!! Jay and his team have installed multiple TVs in our home in the last few years. Each time, the service has been great and this past Sunday was no exception. We upgraded a TV (that Jay mounted and installed for us almost 3 years ago)...and moved on to an 82 inch. We have a tri level home and a narrow stairway. It was iffy on if the TV could make it past the stairway. My husband and I accepted that if they can't get it done, we would return the TV. Jay came to the house simply to check and measure the TV and the clearance in the stairway. He said it could be done. He didn't charge us to make this visit which was so kind of him. On Sunday, he came with two other men. They were all great. I had thought the walls may get dinged along the narrow staircase, but that did not happen. With a lot of hard work and smart pivoting, they got it through with no knicks or scratches to the walls or TV. They put up the 82 inch in the living room, and moved the original TV into the bottom guestroom. They were all professional, kind, and respectful of our home. They are paid hourly and they were efficient with their time. They did a great job!! read more

They mounted 4 TVs for us, recommended an electrician to upgrade our electrical, installed and programmed smart outlets throughout the house and installed surround sound while programming everything on my phone. Adam was extremely patient with us even showing my mom how to use the technology and made it work seamlessly. He even researched a device to turn my blinds into smart blinds! This is an excellent TV mounting service. I had my 49" TV mounted above my fireplace for $125 (including labor, flat mount, and plastic wrap to hide the cord). The entire process took 1.5 hours. I actually had to re-schedule three times (!), and Jay was accommodating and responsive every time I called. Jay even suggested that I first wait for my antenna to arrive before installing the TV so that they could install both for me at the same time! Michael came to my place at 6pm on Tuesday, and he was very punctual. He called / texted me 30-45 minutes before arriving. He also brought up both the flat mount and swivel mount because I couldn't decide which one I wanted. Michael was very professional. He asked me exactly where I wanted the TV (how high / low and how far to the right / left). He even set up my antenna for me, AND he also helped me set up my smart TV and connected it to my Wi-Fi. Honestly, this is a stellar company. They're professional, have great service, wonderful work product, and very reasonable prices.
