Staff were not very inviting. I got my eyebrows waxed first & then a pedicure. Once I set down to get my pedicure, someone walked in to get their eyebrows done. Because the lady who was doing my pedicure was also the waxer, I had to wait ten minutes with my feet in cold water. Then, a different guy comes and starts my pedicure. He barely said two words to me. He butchered my toes, bleeding, and cut all my nails off. When I questioned why he had to cut them so short, a different nail tech had to translate for us for him to relay that because ONE nail (big toe had broken) he wanted to even it out. First of all, ask before you butcher someone's darn foot. Second of all, you should never cut anyone's nails down to the point of bleeding. When I was trying to communicate with him that he was hurting me, he was oblivious and never looked up. I will never return! read more

I came to this shop 2 other times before today and those experiences weren't bad. But today... just really changed everything. 1 , the woman who (started) my nails ripped off my lifting nail Which left a white spot stain on my nail... and then charged me for nail repair in the end. When I originally came in with all nails intact.. 2 . The man(^^her husband) who (finished) my nails started filling in my nails so fast that he didn't realize I needed a thumb replacement (due to his wife ripping it off) then he put acrylic on my raw just filed natural nail not even adding a nail base....which is literally what I paid for... I am disappointed and confused as to why she stopped doing my nails in the first place.. when SHE STARTED THEM...but whatever Over all after experiencing what I experienced I will kindly not be returning.. read more

I do not recommend this business at all!!! They are all about money and not about the care of your nails. I have been going there for the past 6 months getting my toes done with a full pedicure, and each time they encourage me to get gel polish, I noticed my toe nails had been splitting badly, so I stopped with the gel polish and started getting regular polish with my pedicures, so my toe nails started to improve. My recent visit there with my pedicure with regular polish I accidentally smeared one toe and asked "Tony" to redo it he started yelling saying "You should have got gel polish!" I was shocked! I usually tip $10 to $25 each time I go there for any service I get. I'm DONE! Never going back! read more

So I think everything was great except I had a very small design done on four nails and was charged $12 which she said she discounted two dollars because I seemed upset at the charge of $14. Obviously the design that I have is extremely simple and should not have cost $12. It's not only simple but slightly messy. Also the design was raised so it feels like braille dots which is annoying. I'm unimpressed. I will not be coming back and that's unfortunate because my nail tech is really nice...Guess it's time to find another place. read more

My experience here was not good at all!!!!!! I came in on a Saturday and I stopped randomly at a nail salon. Initially, I was stoked because there was a sign advertising for 20% off on all services. My initial plan was to get a full set done on my nails as well as a pedicure. I waited about fifteen minutes prior to being sat at a table. After she glued my nails on another customer started complaining about how she had to go somewhere. So she completely ignored me for about an hour to get another customer nails done. She was very nice and gentle with doing my nails but it also seemed as if she was in a rush. She slapped a ton of acrylic on top of the nail. I decided not to get my toes done due to waiting an hour plus, just for her to start on my nails. I literally ran out of time. I finally got to the station of where I dried my nails and noticed a sign that had complimentary drinks like water, soda and wine. My issue is that the advertisement for complimentary drinks was hidden and it seems as if it was purposely done. I should've at least been offered something For waiting since I got placed on the back burner. That's not even my biggest issue....it's 4 days later and my nails are already getting loose and coming off. A waste of my money.......I would never come back read more

This nail shop is the worst place to get your nails done. Holly is very rude and talks bs about you in her language ...she forces her staff to work 7-days a week ,11- 12 hours days ...if YOU get your nails done by sonny her dont have a license too do nails so your nails will fall off the same day ...Holly will be rude and do a sloppy job while on the phone she is actually known to get up and leave a customer and go outside if you decide to have gel polish they do not guarantee it will last 2 weeks because they will apply it poorly I looked in the break room and it was very stank &dirty The bathroom is nasty and and needs light bulbs Please don't go here if. OK.. I've been to this place twice and have yet to be satisfied with my nails. I came here because its closer to my home, but this will be THE last time!! The 1st thing that annoyed me was getting a pedicure with my feet sitting in cold water smh... Who does that?! The 2nd thing was the attitude I was given when I couldn't find the $GEL Polish$ color I wanted so I went with the regular nail polish instead.. Off to a bad start. Sitting in the massage chair for an hour and a half now waiting.. there are only two employees here. Update: after a 2 hour wait, I got a mani/pedi. I waited so long they had to ask if I even still wanted the mani. 2 employees working. Quickest work. No attention to detail, really cheap job. Not impressed at all. They spent longer on the girls in front of me while I waited for hours. But I was their last customer since I waited since 5pm. Really upset that I wasted my day, but I wasn't going to give up after waiting so long. The worst part is, this was the most EXPENSIVE mani/pedi I've ever gotten! The price is so beyond out of range for what I got. The woman was very nice and did apologize when she got to me for the wait. Apparently they tried hiring others to work but none of them did a good enough job... well I have had my nails done hundreds of times and they spent way more time on detail, filing, trimming, etc. on me there. When I went to Elegant Nails a few weeks earlier, despite my better judgment, they urged me to get gel on my feet with my pedicure. When I came back a few weeks later to have another color put on my feet, I was told that I would be charged an extra $5 to have the gel removed. This set off an alarm for me. It seemed that they influence customers to get gel only to later charge them additional monies to remove it. I told them under no circumstance to ever put gel back on my feet. Despite this statement to them, when the other guy brought over the nail polish I chose for my feet, he asked me "do you want the gel?" As though I had never raised concern about the extra $5 they charged to remove it. The worst of all this was when I went to the back room to get my eyebrows done. I repeatedly told the lady that I wanted my eyebrows thin. Once we got to the back, she told me that I did not want thin brows. When I explained to her why I wanted them thin (which I should not have to explain to her) she ignored me and told me that this was not what I wanted and that from her 20 years of doing eyebrows, no one has ever asked to have them thin. This explaining of why I do not want my eyebrows thin went on and on for her. I later explained to her that I yet want my eyebrows thin, but if she does not want to do them that way, then I was concern that she would not do them correctly. She then concluded that she will do them her way and if I did not like them she will thin them out. Her waxing treatment was so rough that I immediately felt pain when she ripped the wax strip off my brow and later rubbed the same area with her finger. It was so harsh that she herself had to ask me was I okay. When she finished, I could see that the brows were the way she wanted them (not thin). I told her that I did not like the look. She then 'laughed" (I'm not for sure what that was about) and said she would thin them out. I was in such pain around my eye, that I wanted to get out of there. I did not want to run the risk of more injury to my face. When I got home, I could feel and see swelling setting in. When I got up this morning, my entire eye lid was swollen and red. I now have to go on a business trip tomorrow with this swollen eye. All of this because this because of inadequate and poor customer service. They need to put a sign up to warn customers "We give you what we want." and "No Thin Eyebrow Waxing." read more
