I had been to this salon years ago (2018) but was surprised to see a major update when I walked in today! They told me that the ownership has changed since my last visit, and the salon got a total makeover. I was thrilled to learn they now offer full sugaring services! Very convenient. I loved how quiet and peaceful it was. There was spa type music playing and it was very relaxing. The salon was spotless and you can tell they are very attentive to sanitation. The staff were so friendly and nice, and my nail tech asked multiple times during my services if I liked how they looked, which I greatly appreciated! They offer complimentary beverages to include mimosas or margaritas! The prices were very reasonable, and they offer a wide variety of nail services. I am VERY picky about my nail salons more now than I ever have been, but this was a great experience and I will definitely be back. read more

I had an excellent visit at this nail spa today - 10/10 would definitely recommend. I have driven by this nail salon a few times, and I would always remind myself to try it one day. Today was that day, and I don't regret it at all! I was greeted by Apple when I walked in, the salon was spotless, and it smelled nice (I wasn't slapped in the face with the smell of chemicals like most salons). They seated me quickly, and the nail technician was nice and extremely detailed with the pedicure. I did not feel rushed at all, and although I was just there for a pedicure, I will be back for more services. I can't stress enough how clean and nice the salon looked. If you're looking for a peaceful pedicure/manicure experience, I highly recommend giving this place a try. It was awesome! read more

From Texas and had some time to kill before catching a flight back home. I'm a terrible nail biter with super short nails/overgrown cuticles, and I have a hard time back home finding a salon that can place a super short, thin, and natural-looking full set that makes it look like I don't have nails on at all. I am beyond happy with the way my nails turned out here, and I wish this salon was in my hometown! OMG!! So I was greeted with smiles and excellent customer service. They asked me what I was looking for and after I had my manicure dip session. I was so impressed with I stayed for the pedicure. The scrubs they used were homemade and natural. They staff is so nice and friendly the salon was so elegant I didn't want to leave. I had gone to a different mail shop for 10 years. However their attendants talked on phone or in another language to each other or looked around instead of at my nails. The results included bloody cuticles fingers filed instead of nail and sides of nail did not have coverage. So I tried this salon.. Got mani pedi and eyebrows. Eyebrows have never looked better. I have tender legs and she was so gentle and complete. Love everything I had done. Note to all salons. speaking in another language while caring for a guest is 1. Rude 2. Guest May think you are talking about them which is uncomfortable 3. At $100 plus for Mani pedi you should only be focused on customer.. after all that is your job. read more

Absolutely wonderful place! Staff was pleasant and very welcoming! I mainly go to another shop but, I'm defiantly going to be switching spots! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE unless you want to leave with dry skin on your feet. she did mot put any oil on my feet, l had to ask for that and then do it myself. For $50 it should have been a lot better. All of the employees are friendly and polite and they offer complementary drinks. The nail spa has all new equipment and is very clean. Jackpot! I've been here a few times and was not impressed at first. I would use this salon when I needed to get in and out but this last visit was great. Jean did my acrylic full set with gel polish and it was perfection! Will be going back. It was 50 total. I would recommend requesting her when visiting. The salon itself is beautiful and relaxing. Spent 100 dollars for gel Manis for my daughter and I. Daughter also got "gel" pedicure but they didn't use the uv light so not sure why. Paid extra for it. Her toes looked messy! The older male did it. Both of our gel mani are chipped after less than 24 hours. Overall friendly staff. Clean and sterilized equipment which is super important. Will probably try a different nail salon though. read more

I've had about 20 pedicures here, not a ton, but enough for a fair review, I believe. This is a VERY hit or miss experience. If you end up with the right person, you'll get a great pedicure at an unbeatable price. If you end up with the wrong person, you'll immediately leave and go somewhere else to have your nails re-polished. (I speak from personal experience.) read more

Worst experience I've ever been through at a nail salon! I asked multiple times if my nails could be shaped in a certain manner. The older lady that was assisting me, said that was fine she could do it. Well she couldn't and blamed me for the bad job. She shooed me a way like a fly and said if I did not like it I could go somewhere else! I'm sorry to say this was my first and last time I will have my nails done here. The lady who served me Tina was grumpy and impatient. She made several mistakes and got frustrated with me when I asked her to fix them. I walked out disappointed and my nails still look like they were done rushed. I did feel uncomfortable. Recently moved to the Columbia area and decided to try this salon, since it was close by and had fairly good reviews. Unfortunately, it was not a pleasant experience. I waited over 45 mins (after being told 10 mins) for my Fill. Nail tech cut my nail bed with drill...nails are unevenly filed and not the same shape. I even politely corrected the nail tech to try and get the shape and lengths corrected, but it was just too late. Incredibly disappointed in the job that was done (Worse manicure I've ever received). I will not be returning to this salon, and would hope that they gain some customer service and consistency for the sake of their future clients. read more

I sat in the chair at 10 AM for my pedicure at 1038 the technician left to go to the bank, my toe nails were half painted she talked on the phone the entire time she was doing my pedicure. After sitting there for 30 minutes I finally asked the other technician where my lady went and she attempted to call her with no answer!!! To make things worse.... They charge me for my pedicure!!!
