Service is terrible. Angel rushed through and obviously doesn't know how to do tips with dip. My daughter repeatedly ask her to fix them while sitting in the chair. The shape is wonky and every nail is different. The dip is thick and uneven. When I asked her to remove the nails, she insisted on fixing them and wouldn't refund my daughter's money. I wish I could give 0 stars. Will never ever go here again. If you are too busy, don't take customers and do a crappy job. All about greed/money and not about service. read more

I've been here three times now, twice for standard pedis, and this most recent time for a gel mani. There are so many pretty color options, but I went with a shimmery gold, fairly neutral and blends in well with my skin tone. He did a great job, and was very nice. I appreciate when they consider the client, some like to talk, some prefer relaxing in silence like I did that day. I was able to walk in, but it was midday on a weekday. If you come on the weekend, make an appointment because they get busy. Especially if you come with a friend and want to sit together! read more

They were thorough with pedicure and gel manicure. I usually get the deluxe mani and pedicure. This time tried the gel. Would definitely recommend this place. I finally found the perfect nail tech and spa! I had been to multiple nail salons in Southern York County and I stopped searching after my first time here. Angel is wonderful! She loves her job and takes pride in what she does - and it shows! My nails have never looked better. She can do just about anything you want! I show her pictures on my phone and that's what my nails look like when I leave. She's pays attention to all the little details and does a fantastic job! My nails last - they don't lift, crack, or wear down in between fills. I would recommend making an appointment with Angel, it seems like she's very busy and has a large clientele. I just had my nails done on Saturday June 18, 2022. I had dip on my fingernails and regular polish pedicure. I arrived ten mins early offering to get in the pedicure chair early if they wanted. I didn't MAKE them put me in a chair. Angel did my dip nails while I was still sitting in the pedicure chair. I specifically asked about my cuticles getting trimmed because they are always bad. She told me she did them with the motorized nail file. She said not to put tips on because the Gel Polish that she had done two weeks prior had started lifting up 3 days after it was completed and my nails were too thin. The polish on my toes doesn't even look like it was just done two days ago. I called in and tried to explain my concern to Angel. All she had were excuses. It was MY fault for someone putting me into a pedicure chair. Angel also said that the dip nails do not include cuticle care, after she told me Saturday that she did them with the machine. I did NOT demand to have my pedicure done first and all they had to say was I would have to wait until after my nails were finished. I explained that it has only been two days and one dip nail is completely off and three others were already showing signs of wear. Angel said she would fix the one nail that came off but she would have to charge to trim my cuticles. ‍ I am not against paying for the cuticle work, but no other concerns were addressed. I arrived shortly after the call to the owner at the front desk. I kindly explained that I was unhappy after paying so much money two days ago and the quality was just not good at all. I tip very well and have, until this morning, enjoyed coming there many times since they opened. As a business owner myself I am shocked at the treatment I received. The owner said that I had to "be careful" when using regular polish on my toes. That's interesting since for how many years did everyone JUST get regular polish???? I explained that I just wanted the work fixed or I would not be coming back. He told me to leave and take my business elsewhere. No problem, sir! Do not waste your time or money going to a business that is run by such poor business minded, unprofessional people! It would have cost them nothing to fix their shoddy work and all they had were excuses (and all of them blamed on me!) and not reasons. I am a licensed cosmetologist myself and had a full education on the art of nail work. They do not know this and think I am an idiot. Their loss. read more

He was all over the salon and as a result my service and look of my mani in particular suffered. For the price I paid the results were pitiful. This nail salon is the worst place I've ever gone to. She opened her drawer and used the dirty implements instead of getting a clean sanitized set from the ultraviolet light. I paid extra for the "spa callous remover " and she barely scuffed over my heals. When I said my heals are still very calloused she hastily scuffed over them again, meanwhile digging her fingernails into my ankles! She dug into my ankles that bad that she cut through my skin! I have scabs from fingernail marks on my ankles the next morning. POOR ETHICS at this salon! No customer should be treated like that. I had a full set of tips put on with dipping powder applied. Exactly one week later two nails had cracks in it and one actually broke. I went back to have it fixed and I was charged five dollars when all they did was file off the dip and reapply it. Three days later the same nail broke and ripped my nail totally off. I would not recommend this place as they do not take responsibility for their shoddy work. Maybe that is why they aren't busy. read more
