Went here yesterday for a pedicure and was very pleased! I don't get my nails done often, so this was a spur of the moment treat. Walked in with little to no wait (I think they waited longer for me to choose a polish.) The area seemed very neat and clean. Not only was it very clean, there was no wait, and I love how organized the color selection is. There is a wide array of gel colors that match the standard colors. My daughter and I both went for pedicures. Neither one of our ladies really talked to us. My French tip base is pink which varies from toe to toe. I'm not very pleased with this experience and I chose this place based on the reviews from yelp. I doubt I'll every go back. read more

Today, I attempted to replace my gel nails at a different place and tried this business. The person that "took care" of this service was the owner (a woman on her 30's). The first thing she asked me was where I was from ???? (I'm not blond and get confused with Asian backgrounds, which I'm not). The next thing she does is to work on the gel nails within less than 20 minutes!!!! From the moment she started removing the previous nails, she was very rude and aggressive with my hands. She told me it was going to hurt??? and she didn't seem to care to be polite with me. Usually, when people is doing your nails, they try to have some conversation with you but she did not attempt to do so. The end product was awful. The nails were really thick . The polish was applied with no care and as a result, there were obvious "patches" on the nail that needed more detail...AND polish. I let the woman know straight away that I wasn't happy with the service she gave ME and that I was going to complain about it. She wasn't happy and she started saying that she just spent all that amount of work with me and that she wasn't going to remove the nails but after I said to her that I was going to take it to another business so they can correct them, she rushed to remove them. I took pictures and a video of the nails as a precaution. My individual experience with this place was: DISCRIMINATION. I feel she didn't want to do my nails in the first place because of the way I look. Shame on the business. read more
