My natural nails were the entire length of my current acrylics. Instead of soaking my acrylics off (the way you are supposed to!!), he dremeled the edges, and then shoved a fresh nail tip under the edge and pryed the acrylics off. On my right hand, he RIPPED MY NAIL OFF. It bled and hurt badly. He put some blue liquid on it that stung. He then quickly cut the length off of all of the rest of my nails. Despite me having said I wanted to preserve my length. I'm assuming he was trying to match the length of the ripped nail. I have been growing my nails out for months. Months of work gone in seconds. It will be a miracle if my finger doesn't get infected. He then went to continue to work on my nails and I said I was done, I wanted to pay for the removal and leave. He insisted "no we can fix that!" Absolutely not. My finger is throbbing. The front desk tried to give me a bandaid. Like that would solve anything. They didn't make me pay so at least there is that. All of this to save the 15 minutes it would have taken to soak them off. I will never return. And I have been here many times. I have referred people here. Never again.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I had my…read morenails and a pedicure done here last Saturday with Ivy, and within just one week everything looked extremely unprofessional. I specifically asked for almond-shaped nails, but Ivy did not listen to what I was asking for. All of my nails were uneven, poorly shaped, and the polish application was messy, especially around the cuticles. There was noticeable lifting within just a few days. It got to the point where I felt embarrassed by how my nails looked and had to go to another salon to have them fixed, which is very frustrating after already paying for the service. My pedicure was also very disappointing. It felt rushed and was done in about 20 minutes, and the polish was uneven and already chipped shortly after. On top of that, I brought my niece with me, and she also received a pedicure and a gel manicure, so I spent a significant amount of money that day. Given the total cost, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and not the level of service I expected. I would not return.

I used to genuinely enjoy coming here after work whenever I got out early enough. Unfortunately, the salon has changed, and not for the better. The increasing emphasis on strict appointment policies and the lack of flexibility have completely changed the customer experience. While I understand that every business has the right to set its policies, customer service should never take a back seat. I believe loyal, repeat customers should be appreciated, not made to feel like an inconvenience. I have my pedicures done regularly, always choose the highest-tier gel pedicure, and I tip generously because I value good service. When that level of loyalty is no longer reciprocated, it's time to take my business elsewhere. Sadly, that's exactly what I'll be doing. I won't be returning, and I'll be finding a new salon that values its regular customers as much as I value the businesses I choose to support. Losing loyal customers over poor customer service is never a good business decision, and unfortunately, that's exactly what has happened here.

I wanted to leave. I told the staff i couldnt believe how she was acting. Someone else came to take over my daughers pedicure. They told me the woman was just having a bad day and wouldn't charge for my daughters' feet. That was the only thing that kept us there because i was about to leave. It wasn't a good atmosphere the whole time. the lady kept angrily staring at us from the back and walking around. THEN they ended up charging me half price for my daughter's pedicure. I was so upset i just wanted to get out of there. We have never been back and i used to go all the time for my nails. They ruined my daughters first experience. Extremely sad.

The young male nail tech cut both of my thumbs when filing them. They are super sore and in just over 24 hours my left great toe is red and throbbing. There is a small cut in the skin just adjacent to the nail, it is draining pus, and the skin is red and puffy = cellulitis a bacterial infection. I will not return. It probably depends on who your nail tech is, but mine was very aggressive with his filing.
