The whole vibe of this place is off. I went in for a full set acrylic with French tips and the owner did them. In the beginning he asked simple questions of are you from here, oh when did you move here and when I told him three years ago. He appeared offended and was like "why is this your first time coming here then?" And I said "well I was the only one working at the time and couldn't justify paying to get my nails done" and he rolled his eyes at me. I wasn't sure what kind of French tip I wanted so I asked him to explain and he got an attitude with me. He was just odd and disrespectful. He made many comments while I was there to me, other clients, or to people on the phone. He kept going on and on about how he doesn't understand why they don't get more business, and blamed it on their sign not being big enough. I'll be making the drive to Paw Power Nails in Clemson to get my nails done instead, which is a shame considering this salon is 5 minutes from my house but it's just not worth it. Long story short, yeah, my nails looked good, but the poor customer service when there's 10x better salons in the area, I just can't justify paying for bottom tier service. read more

used to go here a lot with family and friends, and even got my wedding day nails here, but unfortunately will not be going back. Today I went in just for new dip on my real nails and was there for close to an hour and a half. It was very clear by the persons age and technique that they were inexperienced, which is fine I understand people have to learn. However, it was so bad that owner had to come in and take over without me even saying anything. After going up to check out I explained that I wasn't happy as the nails were very very thick, he had filed my skin several times, I had acrylic dried all over my hands and how long I had been there. The owner told me best he could do was to take 2 dollars off. I calmly and quietly told him that I wasn't satisfied with them and didn't think I should have to pay full price since the technician did a poor job. He got visibly upset and raised his voice in front of other clients which spiraled into other staff members raising their voice at me when I was walking out. So basically if you go here and you hate your nails, the most they're willing to do is shave off two bucks and verbally attack you as you're leaving. They are not willing to work with your or do anything to fix your busted nails. Customer is always wrong here, better off doing your nails at home. Visiting the area so I looked up a few nail salons and this one had great reviews so I decided to try it myself. Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had. Meticulous and precise. I love the results! I wish I lived closer so I could be a regular. The shop is beautiful, well run. I was there at opening and while I was in the chair there were probably another 8-10 walk-ins for various services. They got to everyone quickly and there were no uncomfortable vibes (if you know what I mean). I gave 4stars instead of 5 just because it was a bit pricier than expected. I requested the basic pedicure which is listed for $32. I added gel polish instead of regular and my total went to $54 (cash price). But! I was so thrilled with the result I decided it was an acceptable trade off. Buyer beware, maybe just get the price ahead of time so you're not caught off guard at the end. Lesson learned read more

I have not even got my nails done yet lol. I walked in for a mani pedi and they said it would be 15 minute. It has now been an hour and a half. I asked the lady when she could start helping me and she said "you shouldn't have walked in. people have appointments." like okay. maybe tell me you can't fit me in IF YOU CANT FIT ME IN. don't make me sit here and look at me like I'm an inconvenience. if I knew how long this would take I would have just made my way somewhere else. Horrible customer service, my nails were done incorrectly by an untrained employee. He was doing such a poor job that the owner had to walk over and finish them without me even saying anything. Once he finished I told him I was not happy about them and he got extremely rude calling me "nasty"... Was probably the second worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I have never sat two hours for a basic pedicure before. Once my butt started to fall asleep I was extremely upset. Also don't ask for a French tip you could see where she had filled the nail and wasn't going to correct it until I said something. I'm usually not super picky but my nails are so upsetting that I'm going to get them fixed anywhere else. read more

Absolutely worst place I've EVER been to. Here is how they behave on social media when they ruin your nails. They lied about prices and didn't do the length I asked. When I told him it was wrong he tried to glue a new nail on top of the old one and DESTROYED my nails. The most absolutely worst experience ever and trust I will tell all my friends. It went from 42$ to 100$ and he ripped and chipped them then YELLRD at me when I said I wasn't happy. I don't complain a lot but this was horrible. Here is the leftover glue and plastic on my nails. He even tried to charge me 10$ to TAKE THEM OFF. read more

Second time I've been here... and I love it! Both times they have been so nice and accommodating. My nails turned out great! $115 total + tip for these nails and a regular pedicure. Haven't been anywhere else in town or surrounding areas so not sure how that compares but for me it's more about the quality vs. the price when getting mine done. Will be back again!!! read more

I had a manicure and pedicure last Friday at this salon. The woman that did my nails hurt me when filing my toe nails. She scraped so hard, she cut my toe. She was very abrupt and was rushing to get done. She did not file my fingernails correctly and left rough edges. It is now Monday and my nails are already chipping. All this for a price of $60. I would not recommend this place and will never go back there. read more

And try to up sell and when you tell them ur on a budget they don't care and tell u they only service for a French manicure is gel polish which is $20 more and I know you can get a French manicure with regular polish. They just have a nasty attitude and start talking crap in Chinese to each other when ur trying to explain you just want a simple set of nails. I'll never come back here!!! read more

Pretty good place, I go just about every few weeks to get a fill in and the quality of the nails really depends on who you get as your technician. I wouldn't say getting my nails done here is relaxing but it gets the job done. Overall, my full set acrylics always last me over 4 weeks. A little pricey for some services but that is expected for getting your nails done quite a bit. Would recommend. read more

First time here, thought my nails looked decent when I left. They are pricey at $10 more than everywhere else around for dip. However, two days later my nails started to crack and chip off. I went in to get one nail fixed and was hounded by the staff about who did my nails. At the end was told "I won't charge you this time but you need to learn to be more careful". I am soooo thankful I decided to come here. I usually only get my nails done a couple times a year and I never fall fully in love with them. However, I came here after googling salons near me and I will be sure to come back again and again!!!! I love my nails and I've been raving to everyone about how they have to come here. I wanted my nails to be a nod to Clemson but not with the bright colors and she definitely delivered (I'll add pictures).
