I asked before going in if they knew how to do Builder Gel nails. They said yes, and that they would have their best technician serve me. However, he did not create the builder gel nails properly at all. It is to be layered not putting a glob of gel on my nail and form it. I even questioned during the process. Very sloppy work. THIS IS THE WORST nail salon I've EVER been to in my entire life. I came in around 430 and asked for a pedi and full set for the same design that was literally on their website. Midway through the nails I tell her this isn't what I asked for. She proceeded to tell me not to worry bc they'll look like the pic when it's finished. After she put the base on I told her I didn't like them and that's not the same as the pic. She said "ok new color and I only charge $25" I said okay cool, paint it black. She offered a free design as well. The design looks like Stevie Wonder did it, and then she had to redo my thumbs 4 times bc the paint wouldn't dry. Mind you by this time it's already 9pm (they close at 7). So after it was all done I go to wash my hands and I'm noticing the paint on my nails look like unsanded drywall. Literally lumps everywhere. So I told her to take it off and she starts yelling at me about the time and how she has two kids, as if I care! I told her that wasn't my fault and after my pedi I had to WAIT forEVER to get my nails done in the first place. So she gets an attitude and literally cut my into my nail bed and made my finger bleed! She starts crying while she's taking my nail polish off and I told her she made me bleed so not to touch my thumb. This chick is pulling my hand after I TOLD her I didn't want her to touch it. And then I had to let her know "I AINT THE ONE TO BE PLAYED WITH." Then after all that, I told her imma just pay for my toenails and leave, Walked over to the register and she told me just leave. My bf and I walk out and they come chasing us out the door talking about "you didn't pay for toes" my bf was mad at this point and told them that I TOLD them I was going to pay and they they needed to learn how to talk to people. I paid for my nails and left. But I will NEVER be returning AND I'm going in better business bureau to report their sorry excuse for a business. read more

Nevermind the fact that my gel nail polish is peeling off on my index finger less that an hour after having them done. But they charged me $85 for my daughter. Her friend next to her getting the same thing was only charged $47! And I got a manicure but they didn't even clip my cuticles! Not even put lotion on my hands! What kind of manicure is that? I was vacationing in the local area and came for a pedicure. The employees wanted you to have an appointment, but they did not appear to be busy. There was a small rack of regular polish and humongous racks of gel and sns dip powder- I chose my color and sat down- it was very rushed for $50. They kept insisting that I get the more expensive pedicure so I folded thinking it'd be a great experience. I had to ask for more layers of polish because it was so translucent and bumpy it honestly looked horrible. It seemed like an inconvenience me asking for more layers. At the end, they seemed nicer when it was time to pay and tip. It's been ONE DAY and the polish has dried bumpy and is already coming off- never again, wouldn't recommend to anyone unfortunately. read more

If I could give this place less than one star, I would. 2 days after getting a gel mani, my nails are CHIPPING. Absolutely horrid. Also, worst pedicure I've ever gotten. More paint was on my skin than on my toes. To make things even worse, they don't open the tools in front of you, they don't use sanitary bags in the foot bath, and my pedicurist didn't wear gloves. Super awkward vibe in here... no music, just the news channel. Never going back. read more

Genuinely the worst experience ever. I had an appointment at 4:30, got there around 4:20, I waited there for about 40 min. No complaints or anything I began getting my nails done the man doing it fully cuts my thumb and pretended it didn't happen and proceeded to put some liquid and it stung like a bitch. THEN I simply wanted a French tip w a small white line underneath the French tip. The design was too difficult I guess for the guy so he told me I would have to wait for this lady to do it. I said no problem. But rather than completing my French and letting the lady do the design he just stopped in the middle of painting and sat me down to wait WITH WET NAILS. At this point I've been at this place for 2 hours, finally after the lady was finished with her customer she finished the French tip and attempted the "design" which was literally a curved line and she couldn't even do it right either. I told her it's fine I'm just gonna do regular French. So after being cut, being there for 3 hours for FRENCH NAILS, got nail polish all over me, and waited for no reason I got charged 70 DOLLARS. Don't waste your money. Absolute worst nail salon I have ever been too. My nails are crooked and there are bumps everywhere and there is acrylic all over my skin and cuticles. This nail salon is the worst place I have ever been to for getting my nails done. First, we had made appointments but it didn't matter. They did not honor our appointment time. So we ended up waiting as long as if we had made no appointment. Second, after making it clear I wanted a regular manicure and not a gel manicure (I was holding a bottle of regular polish in my left hand!) "the manicurist" starts shaving down my thumb nail with an electric nail drill while talking on the phone!!! I pulled away my hand and asked her what she was doing?! I told her she should get off the phone and focus on what she is doing. She got up and left. At that point, I had no interest in getting my nails done. This place smells terrible and has no adequate ventilation. The people that work here, including Mr. Rick the manager are beyond rude, have terrible communication skills and don't care about what the customer wants! Do Not recommend at all. I am not usually not someone that complains ever or has ever given a bad review. I walked in without an apt and asked for a full set. They told me it would be about 30 mins so I said "perfect i'll wait!" Another girl walks in about 20 mins after me without an apt and asks for same thing. After I sit there for an hour, they end up calling the girl that came in after me. I said "Oh, I think i was here first and we want same thing." The other girl was saying the same thing. They just kept pointing at her and ended up helping her as I continued to sit there. I decided to leave because I had already waited an hour and who knows how long I was going to continue to wait. So, I didn't even get my nails done. Not that they were my first choice or even second, I have heard terrible reviews and ended up having to go there because other places were booked- should have been a red flag to begin with. I just went here for the first time and I am very disappointed. Once my nails were "done" I had to ask 3 people (who worked there) to try to fix them and they are still far from perfect. There was gaps between my nail and the tip, glue everywhere, and my pinky is very lopsided still. read more

DONT GET YOUR EYEBROWS WAXED HERE! my one eyebrow looks nice.. the other looks like I'm raising it. It's totally not symmetrical. The lady did not do a good job - she was noticeably hesitant at times and somehow yanked out a few pieces of my hair.. like the hair on my head.. God, it was bad. Me and my mom came to get our feet done. My mom's toe was broke, she told the lady. But the lady still was not gentle with her toe. My mom had to tell her over and over that her toe is broke. He harassed me and was yelling at me to go follow the ladies and tell them to come back. He also said that my manicure looked bad because I didn't choose OPI polish. Went in to have my lip waxed. I was probably her first customer, yet the wax was too hot; she didn't do a complete job and then was rough trying to tweeze the rest of my lip. I have never experienced discomfort getting my lip waxed and this was downright painful. Shane on them! read more
