From the start of our purchase experience, when we were at the showroom for HOURS with a 6 and 8 year old. Becky treated the kids like little purchasers instead of burdens. She gave them a snack and drinks and often even engaged them in on the purchasing decisions (so cute). As it turned out a month later we landed on a design...which matched exactly what Becky had recommended (we should have trusted her from the start!!). They kept us up to speed on the timing of the order (actually not too delayed due to COVID) and then the delivery came. The two gentlemen who delivered the unit obviously knew what they were doing and treated my couch with utmost care (it's expensive, to me, and they treated it as such). They put felt pads on each foot and balanced the entire unit. I would 100% use Forma again and would highly recommend leveraging their experience in design if you're uncertain (as we were).
