If you are visiting California and need a souvenir type shirt, they have many State t-shirts and even shirts that say Las Vegas on them. If you purchase multiple ones of a certain type, there is a discounted price. You have to check the signs. There are many plain shirts in various colors. It's a no frills shop. The current team is unresponsive -- they rarely answer phone calls, and voicemails are never returned. I emailed them our design files and requested a callback. After a full week without any response, I began to assume the business had shut down. I ended up driving there in person, only to find they were still open but short-staffed. I placed my order with someone in the back office, who took down my credit card information and filled out the order form. Three days later, I received an email saying my payment didn't go through. So I had to go back again, only to discover that the staff member had written down one of the credit card digits incorrectly. I provided the correct number and was told the signs would be ready in 7-8 business days. After two weeks with no updates, I called again and left another message -- and again, no response. I stopped by their store, and the employee at the front desk told me they had no record of a correct credit card for payment and my signs were not made. Frustrated, I asked to speak with the manager. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any assistance, he simply said he'd be happy to cancel my order and that I could go elsewhere -- without even an apology. If you're considering using RESS Signs, I strongly suggest you think twice. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is simply unacceptable.
