Businesses have a kind of vibe...you can almost tell if the customer experience is going to be good or bad in short order. Polished Image Wear was a bit of a drive for me but their reviews motivated me to make the trek. In the weeks that followed I found An Pham (owner) to be a highly detail-oriented perfectionist who made sure I understood the unique challenges of my job. I made so many revisions on this project, it's surprising she didn't smack me in the head. But despite this, An and her watchful hound remained calm, collected and helpful. The completed pieces exceeded my lofty expectations and the price seemed so short I added a 40% gratuity. I threw a second project at her and was quite pleased with the results. An is a perfectionist in every way, she doesn't make promises she cannot keep and goes out of her way to make you happy. By comparison, the other local embroidery shops in So. OC are dismissive and somewhat cold. There is none of that attitude at Polished Image Wear. Look, I have very high expectations and am known as something of a difficult customer...some say demanding but even I cannot find room for improvement here. An sets the customer care bar so high...her competition needs to charter a plane just to see it. Give Polished Image Wear a try next time you need something, you'll appreciate how you are treated, the quality craftsmanship and definitely the price. But give yourself an extra 3-5 minutes cuz the dog is gonna require some love from you. Like I said, you'll feel the difference the moment you enter the front door. You can thank me later.

If you are visiting California and need a souvenir type shirt, they have many State t-shirts and even shirts that say Las Vegas on them. If you purchase multiple ones of a certain type, there is a discounted price. You have to check the signs. There are many plain shirts in various colors. It's a no frills shop. I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater.
