The item arrived to the buyer completely broken and I lost all the money on the sale including an additional loss paying for the return label to get the item back. I went back to UPS and explained the issue to Nicole (the employee who packaged my item) and kindly requested a refund due to the loss I suffered. She was very rude and didn't even let me finish my explanation before she abruptly declined my refund request for the packaging that was clearly not packaged securely.

The lovely associate at the store helped process 4 different returns I needed to make during my visit. I was expecting a long line and long wait due to the time of the year. No such thing happened at this UPS location. The store itself is also spotless and very clean. Not an item out of place and every pathways to the counters were clear of obstruction. No trash or visible debris on the carpet either. I am glad to have found a nice UPS store location in my neighborhood! I know exactly where I will be going to from here on out.

Instead of being helpful, he was condescending and unnecessarily argumentative. What bothered me most was his attitude. The way he spoke to me felt disrespectful and, honestly, came across as biased. Whether intentional or not, it made me uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.

I was moving from an apartment that I'd lived in for more than 4 years following a previous…read more apartment where I had lived for more than 7 years and had quite a bit of personal documents that needed to be shredded. That timeline puts me before everything was paperless! After a lot of comparative research, Shred Bull was my document shredding choice. They had quick and responsive customer service with very clear detailed pricing and clear availability - they quoted $99 for 10 document boxes or less and worked with my schedule. My apartment was in Laguna Hills and the Shred Bull truck drove into the complex and shredded what amounted to 8 boxes of documents within a matter of minutes. This included credit cards. With options to pay by cash or card I was able to pay the estimate quote of $99 by card at the time of the shredding. The gentleman who handled the process was an excellent driver in my apartments curvilinear parking lot full of dead ends, as well as very polite and very efficient. I am glad I chose this service and will recommend them going forward as well as use them again as needed myself.
