Rude rude rude. My sons were there trying to buy some things and were told they could not use my credit card. I called to speak with them and they wouldn't even let me speak. I was offering to call on FaceTime and show my ID but again, wouldn't let me speak and hung up on me. I just went in to pick up about t-shirts for some printing I am planning on doing. The lady at the front desk was so excited incredibly rude when I greeted her as I walked in. Then after asking a question about their products she just brushed me off saying the shirts were in that direction of the store. I browsed and came to the front with one other question and it seemed like she didn't understand and so couldn't understand her response. I asked if she spoke English because I genuinely thought she just didn't know what I was saying. She said she did. So I just left saying they would get a lot more business if they just had better customer service. I would never go back again. This place used to have a greater variety and a friendly man running the shop. I have been coming here since they were at the location across the street. Haven't been in a while. The selection is pretty much just dickies and blank t shirts. The lady that works the front isn't very friendly and wouldn't let me try on half of the items I wanted to purchase. I am very picky about how my clothes fit and most of the time when I buy something without trying it on, it ends up being a waste of money. This review is based on their customer service. I was in the store yesterday with my daughter. I had purchased here in the past when there was a young gentleman at the register. He was very gracious. However, I came in yesterday with the intent of purchasing a large order. My daughter's soccer team had recently switched to a new club. I wanted to custom make new sweatshirts for the girls as well as new attire for my family in support of her new soccer club. Needless to say, I was going to make a few hundred dollars worth of items. I saw what I needed in terms of the pullover sweatshirts. I didn't pull them from the rack because I was going to do that at the very end. I was in the midst of browsing the store to see what I was going to purchase for my own family (sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, etc), but I was promptly told to leave because my daughter and I were holding boba drinks from the boba store in the same shopping complex. Needless to say, we left and now I will take my business elsewhere. However, she was very rude about it. I know that there may be a cultural barrier, but please be kinder to your customers. She really left a very bad taste in my mouth. Customer service deserves a zero star, however, I did have a better experience in the past when she was not working so I did give a star for that . I also gave an extra star because they did have what I wanted but didn't get the chance to purchase. I'm pregnant and I was on the phone, the owner had asked me to put a mask on, I forgot to put mine on, so they started asking me if I was stupid and couldn't understand then I got upset obviously, I have it on recording of the guy who works there calling me a fat a** repeatedly, even though I'm pregnant. I was here today getting 4 t shirts made for $98 which is CRAZY EXPENSIVE, but this young boy walked inside the store and didn't have a mask on so Clara the old Asian lady told him NO MASK , he has to buy 1 there or leave the store so he came up to buy a mask and couldn't use his ATM card for items under $5 so he looked all sad so I said I will pay for him a $5 mask so he could ship there . So she charges me immediately for the $5 mask I was still shopping but I guess she didn't trust that and wanted payment than . So anyway The kid goes and gets his stuff comes up to register and says he will pay for his mask and to give me my $5 back so Clara does but this RUDE YOUNG MAN WHO CLAIMS HES A MANAGER WHO WOULDNT GIVE ME HIS NAME WAS YELLING TELLING ME COME ON LETS GO , and I said what ? Stopped in here over the weekend... looking for, I guess anything and nothing all at the same time. They had something in the window that caught my attention. This shop reminds me of going to the swap meet, except at the swap meet the shop owner doesn't try to push past me as I walk in the door. RUDE! Anyhow, my 14 year old son needed some plain t's so we went here and he bought some for 3 for $12. They carry a brand that has a Dickie's label, but if you look closely at the label, it looks off. I think they are Dickie's knock offs. The quality is inferior to other Dickie's clothing that I've seen. read more

Found a similar style, took it to the counter to ask if they had anything else like it. Rude old man yanks it out of my hand and tries to ring it up. I stopped him to repeat my question and to explain I'm trying to place a bulk order if he had the style I'm looking for. His angry and annoyed response of "no" would have sufficed in turning me off but I guess he felt the need to go above and beyond a normal level of rudeness by immediately storming off to put the shirt back before I could even say anything else. I went in to see if I can buy in bulk for my business. I asked the cashier if I buy 10 or more shirts can I get a discount? She became furious as if I'm a homeless man begging for money. She said "no discounts" price is there. OK I wasnt too crazy about her attitude, but we all have bad days. I thought I have to kill a few minutes so I took one the shirts to put it on. The man behind the counter, I'm guessing the owner, is crazy and beyond rude! I came in to get a shirt and when I tried it on over the shirt I was wearing (instead of using the changing room) he told me to take it off because he doesn't know what I have. Not quite sure what that means but it wasn't a kind implication. When I went to the counter to pay, I told him that was rude and he said he didn't need my business and I was "f*ing rude." HUGE selection of plain tees, tank tops and active wear, all in lots of different colors. Owner is very nice, love shopping here. Big store, tons of clothes in every color. I got two V-Neck tees for $4.95 each. The old guy (owner) ringing me up was fine, nothing to rave about.
