Fun concept and they have unique amenities such as a complimentary wine + beer tap. The room itself was disappointing as the couch was VERY dirty. The bathroom had quite a few hairs, and the heat was screeching every time it came in. The parking lot is shared with the Sheraton, & you can be in for a longer walk than preferred in the cold as I was. Breakfast was disappointing as everything wasn't just room temperature but cold, & there was anything special either.

I like this hotel, although it had its issues upon check-in. For example, as soon as I checked the room I realized the toilet would not flush. I informed the front desk and maintenance handled it immediately. Additionally, the couch cushion was undeniably dirty and my request to change rooms was denied w/the reason being "we are fully booked". I was tired and fresh off the road, so I chose not to make a fuss. Aside from those two things, it was overall a nice place. I appreciate its convenience to the local attractions in the area (KOP mall, eateries, etc.). The best and my favorite part was the warm cookies in the lobby. The indoor pool was a decent size, but it was extremely cold air blowing the entire time. For that reason, it was a quick dip, literally.

My room was not cleaned for 10 days and when I asked for cleaning, I was told that I would have to wait until 4 pm! Then they told me that they couldn't clean the room!

YES! Do it! Stay there :) coming from someone who stays in a lot of Marriott joints and this is a great place for a good bang on your buck. Super cute studio and very efficiently built. New place with a cute lobby area.

Traveled to Philly area for work/personal trip for a long weekend and found this new Marriott/Westin property in KOP and although it looks pretty plain on the outside, it's definitely more lively and chic on the inside. The staff was welcoming, helpful and friendly! The accommodations from a daily continental breakfast to the room including a kitchenette with everything you needed was perfect for my longer weekend stay. I appreciated the convenience and location being right behind the KOP town center which was walkable to that and Wegmans but close enough to drive to Wayne, Devon, Conshy and even into the city which I had plans in all of those places. Most importantly the area is safe and the price was ideal which isn't necessarily the case if staying in the city. The hotel and room was very clean, and although they didn't offer room service due to their Covid protocols, they did offer to bring anything you needed to replenish the room with a quick phone call. My favorite was the espresso/latte machine that you could access daily any time and the complimentary wine/beer happy hour for guests. I enjoyed this property and it will definitely be my go to spot when I return for work on a almost monthly basis going forward.

In fact- all my interactions with the front desk were favorable. The room was beautiful and large! Spotless, cozy, and first class is how I would describe it. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I had occasion to use the gym. It had all the basics and the equipment I used was in good working order. I did not use the pool. The continental breakfast had a large variety of foods to choose from. The area was spotless. There is a welcoming lounge area where you can enjoy your food too. The hotel was decorated in Christmas splendor! Location is tucked away-in walking distance to J Alexanders and The Melting Pot! SSSSCCCCOOOORRRRREEEE!!! I would definitely stay here again! It isn't cheap though and my room was over 250 dollars per night!! You get what you pay for though and it was worth it to me.

They relocated us to a different room that we were told someone had checked to assure the hot water was working, and guess what, it wasn't. I took a cold shower and yikes! The conditioner bottle was EMPTY. We finally did have a hot shower that night though. Plus the adorable front desk staff gave us vouchers for dinner at the restaurant. But the food was so salty we could barely stomach it. It was as if they had just poured salt over the meat, fish, and veggies. It seems these problems at this Sheraton are perennial and unresolved after many years, according to my experience and these reviews. Can't recommend.

Had to go to the desk nightly for some kind of linen replacement, or just to get enough to clean my kids. I'm confident they don't own a vacuum here, nor a mop. The floors are either sticky, covered in small trash flakes, or stained beyond the point at which they should be either cleaned or replaced. The room is spacious, but dated and the walls are stained with (I hope) coffee. The pool deck has a good collection of used bandaids. You cannot see the bottom of the pool through the water. Frankly, I don't recommend this place. We were looking for space for the kids and us to sleep and an indoor pool, we expected a Hyatt property to be nicer. We were left wanting.

The help is wonderful, polite and friendly. I only drink water so I requested a pitcher and was granted that. The table settings were beautiful at our party and I loved the centerpieces with a nice flair with Christmas Colors. The room was beautiful with an ample dance floor. For appetizers we had small bacon wrapped scallops, pork filled crispy pot stickers, mushroom caps stuffed with crab meat and vegetable egg rolls - all were great. I especially loved the scallops and crab stuffed mushrooms! We had a Mediterranean type table with cheeses, hummus, tabouli (I think?) & naan style bread triangles. Everything was enjoyable. For entrees we had a buffet serve yourself. On the menu was salmon with lemon butter sauce, thin slices top sirloin (I didn't have that), chicken Marsala w broccoli rabe (which was tough) the broccoli rabe was undercooked, salads, a caprese type salad, and potato wedges. We had an amazing mashed potato bar with red bliss and sweet potatoes too. Butter, brown sugar, scallions, sour cream, shredded cheese-all was wonderful and our group loved them a lot! The salmon was juicy but the sauce was gelatinous and I scraped it off because it was so heavy. I thought the salmon seemed to be a good quality so I didn't think all that sauce was necessary. The help was on top of the buffet situation and replenished the trays in a timely fashion. Desserts were unremarkable. The chocolate Yule log was good, the brownies looked like and tasted like Little Debbie, the cookies weren't very appetizing & were obviously commercially made, and there was a white strawberry cake w whipped cream icing. The location is great and close to the office but the hotel is in need of a face lift. The help was attentive though and we all had an enjoyable time.

If you're looking for a venue that does the following after you paid $30,000 to get married here,…read morethis is the place for you! My cousins wedding deserved better service from this place. *Coordinator (I think her name was Kim) didn't show up until 30 minutes before the wedding when she was supposed to be there hours before and left 15 minutes after the ceremony. She was supposed to be by the brides side most of the day and she was nowhere to be found. We've gone to other weddings at this venue in the past and the coordinator was with the bride the whole day, this coordinator just didn't seem like she cared. *the 30 minutes before the wedding the coordinator decides to tell the bride (my cousin) that the flowers she paid extra for "didn't sprout" so instead of finding an alternative, the solution was she was gonna have no flowers at the chairs, yet they kept the money paid extra for those flowers! Maybe show up on time next time. *Staff was calling our room all morning asking us about setting stuff up, where do we want the cake (it was 10 am, wedding wasn't until 4 and the cake wasn't gonna be out until at least 6) everything that the coordinator should've been handling. *You'll be given a completely different bridal suite to get ready in than the one they show you during the tour, we had 15 people to get ready and the room they originally showed us was being occupied by someone else. So they gave us an office size room with 4 outlets and no windows. It wasn't gonna be possible so we just all got ready in the brides hotel suite. *The cake at the wedding will taste COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than the one you taste during the tasting. The cake at the wedding tasted like it was frozen for weeks and then thawed out and iced. *We were told the bride and groom would have their own little appetizer set up while they were getting pictures done as their happy hour, that never happened. *The most ridiculous one? When the wedding was finishing up, the staff all went home and told the bride she had to clean up the reception room! At her own wedding! Napkins, silverware, and she even had to take it upon herself to go back into the employee only kitchen to empty out her center pieces. There was so much left for her to do, she had to continue the clean up the next day! And while the bride was continuing cleaning the reception room the next day, the coordinator starts showing another couple a tour around the reception room....she made sure to show up early for that! My cousin couldn't keep quiet after that and voiced her disappointment in front of the couple to warn them. Completely Unacceptable! I really thought this was a joke but no! It's totally for real. This is what $30,000 gets you. Dishonesty and unprofessionalism. You'd be better off going elsewhere. Completely unacceptable way to treat a couple on their wedding day. This venue should be ashamed of themselves.

We stood outside for about 2 hours while firefighters addressed the situation. Eventually, the hotel was deemed uninhabitable. Most of that is outside of Marriott control, so we can't really hold that against them. However, once we were cleared to go in and get our stuff from our rooms, management essentially threw us to the wolves. They didn't find us rooms at nearby hotels at same rate or give us vouchers or offer to pay for the nights it was uninhabitable for something that wasn't our fault. They just told us we have to go find another hotel while competing with hundreds of other people at 10 at night. We eventually found a room at a nearby residence inn which is also owned by Marriott. They, nor we, could get in touch with the original Marriott Friday or Saturday to transfer us at same rate. We had to pay for that room out of pocket so now we're paying for 2 rooms. Saturday morning and afternoon were spent trying to figure out if we had to go back to the original hotel since that was what was in the system and we didn't want to pay 2 nights at 2 hotels and be left holding the bag. Phones were not being answered and we had to have a place to come back to, so we were forced to pay for 2 rooms for a second night. It's still not resolved. Nor have they reached out. Customer support is not able to fix the issue because they don't know how and are not empowered to do so. Nice hotel but if something goes wrong, don't plan on management or corporate addressing the issue quickly or correctly. Stay here at your own risk. Heaven forbid you have a wedding party stay here and something goes wrong. Your entire wedding would quickly turn into a nightmare. My guess is they want everyone to roll over, capitulate to frustration, and eat the cost to save what I'm guessing is costing them around $50k in losses on guest stays. There's obviously other losses but I'm sure insurance handles most of that. If you have an event like a kids sports tournament, funeral, wedding, or conference that requires reliability stay here at your own risk.
