The combination was a very nice mix when most places just do relaxation massages or do add on for hot towel, hot stone or aromatherapy. She also did firm to deep pressure which was nice for someone that puts his body through the paces in the gym. She asked what I wanted and DID follow my requests where many therapists ask but don't always follow. She also asked about pressure a couple time and left it up to me to initiate talking during massage which I did not so total relaxation was achieved. One star is lost for scheduling as phone is not the best way to schedule. Email seems to prevail with a response within 48 hours. This could be challenging for some but I did schedule my massage weeks out so I was not in a rush. Kudos to a sole proprietor who does it all! If it was easy to run one's own business everyone would do it. You go girl! Discovering the location could be a challenge at first as they are in the basement of the Prairie Cafe building in Middleton. The space is very clean and well decorated with limited clutter. Once you find the space, you've found a gem of a therapist. Get in today and destress!

Holley went through what the massage would entail and answered all of my questions. She definitely made me feel better about the whole experience. She was really good about asking if she was applying too much pressure or if a towel or stone was too hot. Holley did wonders to work out the ever-present knot in my shoulder! It felt so much better afterward! The atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and super clean. There was soothing music on in the background. Also, the scents of aromatherapy she had available for the end of the massage were really nice. Overall it was a great experience, and I'll definitely be going back!

I found her approach of soft question and feedback very helpful. She found knots and tightness that I didn't know I had. I walked out feeling so much better than when I sent in. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat, and will definitely set up another appointment with her the next time I feel the need.

Now that I'm an established client I can also make arrangements via email, which is super convenient for me and allows (like I had to do this week) convenient rescheduling of future booked visits. With workout soreness/stiffness and injuries/surgery recovery bringing me in for this type of self care, I have asked for various areas to be treated. Each time Tina embodies true professionalism, remembering the past and asking what I want to focus on this day. The space is very quiet and well kept. There are many rooms. My sense is hygiene is of utmost importance. There are many therapists on staff covering a range of modalities. Bios can be reviewed on the website so you can find the right therapist for your needs. Price did increase at my second year but doesn't seem to be increasing for my third year. Gift cards are offered as well so you may give the gift of self care to someone who needs it. This is the only massage clinic you need!
