Along with massages, they offer infrared sauna therapy! I was really excited to try this. The heat isn't super dry or humid like a steam room; it is more like the heat that you feel while outside on the PERFECT HOT summer day. It warms you from the "inside out" and my muscles and lungs (I have bad asthma) felt amazing afterwards! Theresa and Amanda (the massage therapists) were super friendly. We talked like old friends about everything and anything! If you're into essential oils, they sell those there too (along with diffusers and some other treats). Because of the great location, after we left we were able to walk around town to shop and eat some snacks. Easy street parking too! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and have a great massage! Be sure to call first for an appointment because I don't believe they have set hours.

If you are looking for someone who talks this is not your person. She asked a couple questions but otherwise let me enjoy the massage in silence (my preference). She was strong in her technique which was my request- fantastic massage. She did a couple things with my shoulders and lats and movement in my arms that was just amazing. I have a sore right shoulder and she worked it in a way I've never had done before which was fantastic! I plan to go again.
