Simply put, they killed my rabbit. My veterinarian sent over two medication requests to help treat bladder stones on 5/22/26 and it took them eleven days to fulfill the medications on 6/2/26. They say it normally takes 2-5 business days, but the Memorial Day weekend set them back because of human refill requests. By the time they fulfilled her medications she was already in dire straits and passed away four days later. If your pet is in dire need of medications avoid these clowns at all cost. read more

I arrived at the pharmacy at 1:15 on a Saturday. I thought they were open until 2pm. But they were closed. I needed to pick up my kitty's antibiotics and I was going out of town on Sunday (the following day) and they are closed on Sunday. Sky met me at the door and was trying to figure out how to give me the medication as their computers/register were closed . She had an idea. She allowed me in and they sent a link to my phone number and I filled out my credit card info to pay , and sent it back to them. Sky went above and beyond what she had to do. She didn't even need to talk to me or even acknowledge me. I wasn't sure what I was going to do if I couldn't get my kitty's medicine. My provider sent a refill on the 16th, a Saturday so on Monday I expected to hear from them. By Wednesday the 20th I called then to confirm. It took another 24 hours to send me a payment link. I paid on the 21st and on the 28th I still haven't received my prescription. But this is not the first time, this happens each time. I will no longer be utilizing their services. I had ongoing issues with this pharmacy, mostly related to refill quantities. Several times my prescriptions were filled with different quantities than prescribed, which ended up costing me more money. Each time I had to call or go back in to get it corrected. The staff is generally polite, but the repeated errors make it hard to rely on this location. I hope they can improve accuracy with refills and pay closer attention to prescription details so customers don't experience added costs or delays. read more

They are a bit of a pain to do business with as they just are not on top of things. I think they have a staff shortage and this company needs to hire people because I know my meds from them went up. They don't request refills a week or two in advance of the date of your refill. So the day I am to have it ordered I get an email saying I have no refills they will contact my doc. I also contacted my doc yesterday. But here it is 3 days from the time I contacted Elements and the RX could have been worked on if they had pre requested refills. You also have to stay on them as they don't notify you when mailed or anything. Then you call asking status and oh they will have it out by the end or day. It takes me a good week if not 2 to get my meds if there is a weekend involved. I think I may need to move on as the hassle isn't really worth it. read more

I had to get a new type of medication for my cat and I sent it in to Elements. Not only do they give you updates but they are also fast at responding to my texts. Not entirely sure on exactly who responds, but they are very nice & friendly with the responses. I was going to be picking up the medication for my cat today (on a saturday) but I was dealing with a very bad migraine, and I asked if they were able to hold the meds until Monday since they aren't open on Sundays, and they not only said of course they can hold the medication, but told me to feel better. And i don't think i've ever had a place outside of my doctors office respond that way. They genuinely seem to care about the customers & their needs. I've never had an issue with this place. We found out on Sept. 20, 2019 that our sweet dog, Nemo, has 2 types of nasal cavity cancer after a CT scan was performed. His doctor recommended a prescription called C-Piroxicam IR to help reduce inflammation before he sees their oncologist in a couple of weeks. They recommended Element Compound Pharmacy to fill his prescriptions. The pharmacy staff is very sweet and helpful. They answered all my questions happily. I ran completely out of estrogen - it has been 48 hours. My doctor sent it over yesterday. I waited 24 hours & called the pharmacy to make sure everything was on track because I had not heard from them. She told me it was processed but not finished and it would have to be tomorrow. I stayed postiive, I thanked her and told her how desperate I was. She proceeded to tell me it can take up to 48 hours so it may be Friday. I pleaded and explained it will be 48 hours tomorrow. Then she told me, no, 48 hours from whenever they process it. What the heck? Are all your patients out of their medication and desperate? The more I stressed the importance, the worse it got. I will transfer meds as soon as my refills are gone? Doesn't my health and wellbeing matter. I thought they may hurry to help me if they knew, not extend the pick up time so my horomones can go completely haywire. I pray they are kind but am not holdiing my breath after that call. Highly recommend!! Bradley the pharmacist was so friendly and great to talk to in regards to my cats pain medication prescribed for her dental procedure. They were quick to answer the phone when I called both times and customer service was fantastic. I'll be having my vet send future prescriptions to Elements from now on. Have been doing business with Elements for about 18 months. They provide a specialized medication for our dog. Until yesterday I had no complaints. I called the day before yesterday to order a refill and specifically requested that it be filled and available for pick up yesterday. During the call Elements agreed and assured me it would be ready. When I arrived at nearly 5pm they could not even find a record of the prescription for several minutes. This is when I had the absolute displeasure of dealing with Stephanie the pharmacy tech. I asked Stephanie why my Rx was not ready as promised and she lashed out in anger. I would guess she was stressed out due to being overworked but at the end of the day I really don't care. I asked Stephanie "What can we do together to prevent this (failure to keep their promise) from happening again?" Again Stephanie lashed out in anger and this time informing me that she did not believe it was my place (AS A PAYING CUSTOMER) to ask questions or to expect a certain level of service. I then asked for the manager. He was polite enough but it was evident that he has zero control of his staff...especially Stephanie. i informed him I wanted an apology from Stephanie and he skirted the issue never providing an answer or an apology. On my way out of the lobby Stephanie yelled from the lab area in the back, "Goodbye. Have a nice day." This final act of sarcastic disrespect was the nail in the coffin. Pretty good experience so far but now they charge a fee to ship the medicine to your home. Earlier this was not the case. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and give you time to go over the medicine before ordering. Insurance does not cover compounded medicines. read more

Peter, said no worries - he could contact the prescriber to change it so he could order the ingredients and make if for me - he could have it for me by Tuesday (that was Friday).
