The only options you have are to cancel appointment , change appt or confirm. That's it. American Freight rescheduled service but gave me a number to request a different service man. Guess what it's the same automated circle number. What happened to customer service. Save your money. Don't bother or buy from Home Depot who has excellent service help.

In order to get it into that space and around the island in the kitchen they had to remove the handles from the drawers and move the couch and debris junk around the couch. They put everything back they put the handles back on and made sure everything was in order. In the 40 plus years I have dealt with Spencer's I have always had great service from the service techs. They are conscientious, polite, very careful in handling everything. The only thing I have in the house that's not Spencer's is my washing machine which eventually is going to have to be replaced and guess where I'll be going. Thank you!

The only negative thing is that the automated Jenny leaves you messages about delivery time and there's no one to talk to during weekends. I needed at least 30 minutes before the delivery was on its way to my home but couldn't talk to anyone to tell them that. they gave me a 2 hr window and they showed up 15 minutes before that window. It all worked out at the end, but being ableist to communicate with the delivery driver would be nice. I have bought all the appliances for my homes at Spencers for years, the delivery is usually the next day.

I appreciate the selection between new, out of box new, pre-owned and reconditioned. I come in with a budget and an idea of what appliance needs I have and it's easy to find what fits within your constraints. I've never received an appliance that hasn't worked and their delivery has always been within the estimated windows. I've shopped around at other national, local and independent retailers and B&B has always had the best prices for the same or similar item at competing stores with delivery and takeaway of the old. I won't say that I shop at B&B exclusively because I always do my research and shop around, but I've yet to NOT to purchase from B&B after comparing four or five appliance retailers. Take that for what it is, a ringing endorsement for you to not waste time waiting for a deal on Black Friday, Memorial Day or Fourth of july and make your way to B&B for your next appliance purchase.
