Sitting behind a computer, typing all day long takes a toll on my body, so in an effort to take much better care of myself, I ended up joining Elements in East Mesa as a member. The location is about 2-3 miles from my house, so that is nice too. I had my first massage at this location today and was so impressed, With the membership package I chose, I will be getting a 90-minute massage every month, but I can always add more if I want. I lucked out with Jennifer as my massage therapist. She has a technique like none other and she really helped me work out the knots in my bunched up muscles. The amount of pressure was just right for me. I left feeling so much better than when I walked in. The atmosphere is pleasant, calming, and beautiful. The people who work there are all very kind. I saw several people walk in to buy gift certificates, which is something I plan to do for the holidays ahead. On May 23 I had my first ever professional therapeutic massage ever! I had a massage about a year ago with someone associated with my Chiropractor, and I was so sore for two days afterwards. So, I was rather timid and a little nervous. But my therapist, Caitlin, put me right at ease! And I had a very pleasant, and relaxing experience. I have some medical issues my doctor felt could be addressed with massage therapy. So, I'm thankful for Caitlin and her expertise in this area. Next visit she will be all signed off on qualifications needed to add aromatherapy to the list of services she provides. The reason I've only rated this 3 stars...because I never give high ratings for first time experiences. Started going to Elements Massage about a month ago due to my severe pain caused by Sciatica. I am not usually a fan of massages as I have found them extremely painful in the past, but in my chronic state, I decided it was worth a try. I was seen by Savannah and she was awesome! She used moderate pressure and it was very soothing and did not cause intense pain. I could barely walk when I went in and it really helped to get me out of a chronic condition with muscle spasms. I have been back two additional times since then. She is great! If you are looking for a massage therapist in East Mesa, I would not hesitate giving Elements Massage a try. My masseuse, Grace, is wonderful. She is quite good at digging into my muscles and she displays expertise and knowledge in regard to one's body-- muscular structure. I went to see Lish and she was absolutely amazing, she made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and aware of how my muscles were before and after the massage.
