Robot Massage is all the rage in Asia so if you're interested in it, definitely try it you can regulate how deep you want the massage or specify the areas. Again, use your words and always cash tip. It was the same level of effectiveness as a standard massage chair, and due to the minimal stimulation and robot sounds, I would've preferred just moving on after 10 min. The red light recovery was pretty odd to me, as I wasn't aware this would be a full-on heated sauna pod and wasn't advised to take off my Fitbit.
