The Elements Massage location at 2610 W Belleview Ave #300 Littleton, CO 80123 IS A PLACE WE WILL NEVER GO TO AGAIN! This location has canceled on us three times within two hours of our massages. They tell you to pack sand for the inconvenience. In fact, their manager just today tried to justify their anti-customer policy. It was pretty sad to hear her tow the self serving company line. Meanwhile, if a customer cancels on them, they are penalized. Here is their policy - At Elements, we know schedules change and that's why we offer a flexible 24-hour cancelation policy. If you need to change anything for whatever reason, just let us know 24 hours in advance. In the situation of a cancelation within 24 hours or when the client does not show, you will be charged a fee of $45 for a 1-hour massage, $55 for a 90 minute, and $65 for a 2 hour. In what is another telling example about this place, Elements touts this on their website- Elements Massage was voted Readers' Choice award winner for 5280's Top of the Town BEST MASSAGE! I had to cancel my appointment with a massage therapist THAT I WAS ASSIGNED. Today my 4th grand baby was born and I was busy babysitting the littles. It wouldn't have mad me boiling mad, however, the appointment I had with my usual Masseuse a couple weeks prior CANCELED BY THE OFFICE BECAUSE HE WAS SICK! I rec'd a call from ELEMENTS MASSAGE 2 hours prior to the cancellation. Gee THANKS NOT Element for being so considerate of my work schedule and life! After all, we all get sick! Course, I ONLY HAVE A GRAND BABY HOW OFTEN???? They couldn't schedule me the day the CANCELED ME! Apparently the masseuse that was the regular provider is ????? Beware of Elements Massage and any WellBiz Brands. The location at I-25 and Hampden closed and now they wont allow us access to the 10 or so massages we had built up. The independently owned location just gives the number at corporate (WellBiz Brands) and no one answers the phones. And careful what they put in front of you to sign!!!! There's so many other options where they don't have silly memberships with very, very costly & confusing processes to terminate "membership." There's so many other places with therapists that work more than 1-2 days/week, don't fall asleep on you during your massage or share their personal sagas during your sessions! This location is conveniently close to home. I pulled my lower back this afternoon, and after some quick yoga moves, searched yelp for massage places with walk-in. They were open, and after a quick call, I was headed over. My massage therapist did an excellent job taking care of me. I had the 90 minute massage with hot rocks. My fiancé wanted to get me a massage for my birthday, but because he planned it last minute, Elements was the only place with availability. I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews, and I try to support small, local businesses rather than chains. However once I actually got there, the receptionists were funny and friendly, and Michael did an excellent job on my massage. I've had many massages from salons, cruises, in-home, etc. but I can honestly say that Michael did the best at reading my muscles' needs and manipulating them in a way that felt relaxing and restorative. Hi all. Writing today to acknowledge that massage is a very personal thing aimed at a number of things: remediation, recovery; relaxation... In my case it's a combination. I've been a member of the LITTLETON store since I stressed my shoulder and neck hauling decking materials for my contractor. So unwise! I've rotated through several of the professionals there to find relief so I can return to normal sleep and other fun activities. They've matched me up with great talent. All are skilled at massage and all have been intellectually curious enough to "go digging". Thanks most recently to Sydney, I'm largely pain free and sleeping well. That's why I am a regular. Very clean and professional facilities. Ryan made my experience comfortable and relaxing. I purchased the massage for myself and my girlfriend and we both enjoyed our time here. When we arrived we filled out a one-page questionnaire and did not have to wait long before we were seen. The whole place is built in a warm and inviting wood and tile theme and the staff is very kind. When we went back to the massage rooms: they were dimly lit and peaceful music was playing. After our 55 minute massage we were given a bottle of water and a chocolate mint. I needed to have my shoulders, mid and lower back muscles worked on with tightness due to stress. Ryan relaxed my knots and I was very happy and feeling much better by the time we left. We will definitely be back and would recommend coming here. read more

They have a bit of an attitude as well. My wife just canceled here monthly package here. Not worth it. We plan to find another place to give our business. Found this place via Groupon and decided to sign up after my first DT massage. It was PHENOMENAL, but sadly that therapist no longer works there. I was pretty sad since I'd enrolled in a membership but soon found Annie. I've seen her twice now and she is the BEST. Her deep tissue work is super effective and she asks just the right questions to give you what you need. She seems really intuitive about her work too. Sometimes a therapist will grind, and grind, and GRIND into a spot until it's just miserable and ineffective. Annie is great at not over working any areas. Minus a star because the front staff frequently has bizarre conversations while people are in the waiting area? It's just a little unprofessional but seems to have improved recently. read more

I have to update! I found two therapists that are supremely awesome....Abby and Aaron. I use Aaron when Abby is unavailable...but they are wonderful. I recently had a massage with Stewart. He asked the perfect amount of detailed questions to give me exactly what I needed - a hybrid of a sports and swedish massage. Relaxing but got into the knots and even recommended stretches and post massage work to keep me loosened up. I went in and got a prenatal massage here due to back pain. Everyone was very friendly and the massage was decent. Shortly after leaving I actually had more back pain than before I went in. Signed up for an 80 minute massage, and they put me in a 55 minute time slot that actually only lasted for 45 minutes. The guy came into the waiting room to get me at 2:35, and was out the door by 3:25. The receptionist didn't even acknowledge that she made a mistake until i brought it up, and didn't even apologize, she just said she'd only charge me for the 55 minute. It was extremely awkward followed by an awkward phone call with her boss to find out how they could make it up to me, which was nothing. I normally wouldn't give one star for a mistake like this, but this is my third horrible experience with this company. I had one massage where the woman kept coughing the entire time and wreaked of cigarettes, and another massage where a dude massaged every area except the area I was complaining about - claimed it was his first day. I cleared my afternoon for this massage today and the stressful experience totally negated any stress relief that I experienced. So, I believe in a three strikes your out policy - I'll never go back here. read more
