She has pretty bad knee problems so if you communicate what pressure works for you then you'll have a wonderful massage. I had a massage done here and it was truly awful. The man had no training and caused a lot of discomfort. The way he manipulated and bent my body was unconventional and could cause some serious harm to someone with prior injuries. I am sore and not in a good way. I agree with some of the other reviews that he had no idea how to professionally position himself and this could be misconstrued as inappropriate. I purchased 2 gift certificates just before Covid hit in 2020 that has an expiration date of 12/31/20. Needless to say we did not feel comfortable in going anywhere until we got vaccinated (which was 3-weeks ago). When I contacted the Manager yesterday about accepting the certificates, she said "No we don't accept expired certificates". Nothing about being able to use them toward higher priced services or anything kind of mediation. Very disappointed. We won't be going there. read more

I HATED IT! But I enjoyed the happy ending. I'll explain. In my job I'm on my feet for 7.5 hours. After my commute home I'm typically walking hunched over for a little while until my back relaxes from the car ride. I decided I needed to do something about this back problem and spotted this massage place by my house. The prices were very low so I figured I'd try the 10-minute chair massage. The place was empty when I went and the woman understood very little (if any) English. I pointed to the price sheet at the reception desk for the chair massage. Because the place was empty she took me to one of the private rooms and had me lay on the table. I showed her where my back hurt. Laying face down she started working on my back and it felt like she was jamming her elbow into the painful areas of my back. I tried several times to tell her no elbow and press softer, but she didn't seem to understand. After 10 excruciating minutes on the table, I got up. Surprisingly my back felt much better. For days after I could tell she'd made a difference. So I went back again for another chair massage. Before we started I told her no elbow and to be more gentle. Again she worked the muscles hard and the whole time I was at the limit of my pain threshold. (I'm not a deep tissue massage kinda guy. I like Swedish massage.) My back felt a little better after that but I decided I have to go to a place where the massages are less painful and the people understand English. I'm not going back because the painful massage and lack of communication are something I don't want to endure, but in the end, I'm happy those sessions did make a substantial difference in my back problems. read more

I am beyond thrilled about my experience here! Mary was such a pleasant surprise and did a fantastic job! I am very particular about massages and Mary exceeded my expectations. The prices are beyond reasonable and so I tipped the same as I do for my much higher priced person I have worked with for years. I am going to come here as much as possible now. Additionally, the pressure she used was absolutely perfect. I like deep tissue massages but sometimes I find they are just a little too deep where the actual massage is just a bit uncomfortable. Well, not with Mary! She knew the perfect pressure to apply where the entire massage felt amazing and, at the same time, she found knots I didn't even know I had! I scheduled a back to back foot massage on the phone. They got the time wrong and when I showed up at the correct time they told me to leave and were rude about it. We drove very far and we were right on time. Will not be returning. I think the language barrier did not make this easier but could have been handled better either way. read more

My sister and I had the most bizarre experience Friday night 7/28/2017 at Well-Come Massage. She was (and no longer will be) a frequent visitor, coming in at least once a week. She finally convinced me to join her and the following events are what took place: 1) When we first arrived, we were sitting on the waiting couch for 10 minutes with no employees present. My sister eventually called to let them know that we had been sitting there and 5 minutes after that, 2 ladies walk out from the back room. Annoying, but we were still determined to relax and enjoy our massage. 2) The two ladies proceed to begin our massages. All is well until the lady massaging me starts to sniffle and wipe her eyes. I'm thinking to myself, "if this lady is sick why is she giving me a massage right now?" A couple minutes later a male employee walks by, they exchange a few words, and he switches places with her. 3) This is where things get COMICAL and bizarre. This lady proceeds to walk outside and scream and holler at the top of her lungs in the midst of what must've been a mental breakdown. I am not exaggerating when I say it sounded like someone was being murdered outside. She did this on and off for about 35 minutes of our 45 minute massage. Mind you, people get massages because they want to RELAX, not listen to a lady who works at the business go outside and scream/holler while there are customers inside. 4) What's even worse is how the two people who were massaging my sister and I handled the situation. They did absolutely nothing and continued on with our massage as normal, as if this were a casual thing. I could not help but burst out in laughter in disbelief that this was actually happening. Seriously, I cried from laughter that's how ridiculous this experience was. Once I began to laugh, the two people massaging us began to laugh (I'm guessing in agreement?) as if this were okay. One of them even put her fists up to her face in a 'cry-baby' motion while pointing to the lady outside. 5) After listening to the lady screaming for 35 minutes, they asked for our payment. We each paid $20 to listen to this lady have a mental breakdown while we were getting massaged. As we walked out to our car, the lady is sitting outside in the parking lot scrolling through her phone. I wish I knew how to speak her language because I would've loved to thank her for the experience. All in all, stay far far away. That is unless you're into screaming and hollering from an employee while you're getting massaged. If so, this is the perfect place for you! At least I now have this ridiculous experience to look back on and laugh about once more. Will never be back! read more

I went in here one day on a whim, I couldn't get booked anywhere else and I was desperate. I called and got immediately in. At first glance I hoped it wasn't one of "those" places, it's not. I was rushed in, given a room and in less than three minutes this girl went to town on me. There was a language barrier for sure but it didn't matter. This was the best massage I have ever received, so good I went back today. Different girl, better English but not quite as good. Still worth every penny of the $70.00/90min. The price is amazing and definitely tip well. These guys really do a fantastic job. Please note most of the practitioners are from China and speak very little English. I signed up for foot massage and was completely surprised in the best way to get neck/should and hand/arm treatment in the deal!! The gentleman who treated me was named Davey? David? Very kind and thorough. I wish I could have communicated with him to say "softer, please - that sort of hurts." If the owner could have a tablet set to Google translate, non-Chinese speaking customers could indicate information pertinent to their practitioner. My masseuse Lili was outstanding. I have been suffering chronic headaches since I fell and tore the labrum in my shoulder. She had the perfect massage "touch" to work some crazy knots out and it really helped. I so enjoyed it that I stayed another 45 minutes for a reflexology treatment- also perfectly executed. Totally affordable too- the 30 min massage and 45 minute reflexology treatment were only $50! Not sure if this is a new patient special or what but I will definitely be back! read more

Overall good value. My experience has been that one person starts the massage, and another finishes. I'm not sure I like that. The massages have been good experiences with one exception. I had one masseuse do a horrible job, and was sick, coughing incessantly. That grossed me out. Had to disinfect afterward. read more

So disappointed. My Husband got me a gift card for a 75 minute massage for Valentine's day. I finally got time enough to use it. When I walked in with my gift card I kept having people SHOVE a pricing sheet at me. They do not speak English. Finally someone waved me to the back for my massage. This is after I pointed to the gift card numerous times where it said 75 minutes for $50 PAID!!!! Good massage, but again no English, so I couldn't tell him my needs. I was going to go get another session and tip my massur. I walked to the door to leave and someone who looked like the owners child was shoving a price sheet at me again and telling me I have to tip him and pay $5 because that's what the price is now. DON'T SELL GIFT CARDS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO HONOR THEM!!! I looked at the price sheet and it is currently $55 for 75 minutes. So, basically, they wanted the $5 and for me to tip him. I'm a great tipper usually, but not when it is demanded. I will tip if I want to tip, not because someone is telling me I need to. I walked out. You lost my future business. So this is a new one. First time here. I had some back tension problems that needed addressing. Lots of stress. So I go in on short notice. Good. Price? Good. Prompt service, I go in and am in the room quickly. This was not the relaxing spa treatment I expect after this point. The masseuse begins by just beating up my back and neck. I'm a big dude who's comfortable with getting beaten up, but this was bad. My neck is still bruised three days later. It hurt. Nothing but jabs and elbows. I am not 100% sure this person was trained. Then I flip over. Hoping it's not going to be as painful. But then it got a little odd. He did the scalp and face massage, in a very odd manner. Then he moves onto my ears. Homie just sticks his fingers inside my ears and wiggles them around. Like he's giving a wet willie in the both of them. Thankfully the experience ended shortly after that cause it was not a good one. I'm pretty sure I'm not going back. read more
