I think the owner could spend some money to make the interiors a lot nicer with the amount of money you pay. The shower was very dark and no shampoo or conditioner. Can't use the hot tub and the floors felt dirty. There was gravel underneath my feet from the hot tub. All in all can't complain but that's the down and dirty of it !

I am 18 weeks pregnant and hadn't had a massage In about 4 months, I was so excited and looking forward to this. First off.. she put my face cradle straight into a pillow so there was no face hole or available air to breathe. I had to keep lifting my head to get oxygen. I had also told her to please give some focus on my hands and feet, my hands were not touched and she only massaged my right leg and foot and totally ignored the right. This is where it gets good. Being 18 weeks (second trimester) I can't lay on my back. I figured someone who offers prenatal massage would understand that. She not only argued with me about it, but she didn't have anything in the room to lift me up at all. She kept trying to tell me I was perfectly safe to lay on my back and finally offered me a neck pillow. This is the point I wish I would have just walked right out. Eventually I came up with a solution (that wasn't even comfy for me) just to get the massage on track. I did pay her for this service and it didn't sit well with me at all. I reached out simply asking for a refund and she had agreed. The next day she tells me just kidding she's not giving me one. Just beware coming here for a massage. The $100 price is not even close to worth this experience. I feel like with how upsetting this was, I should be paid instead lol. They had an area with bathrooms and a locker area for me to lock up my personal items and change into comfy flip flops. I was then led to the waiting area which had 2 areas to choose from- a complementary foot bath or an area with spacious lounge chairs that had a zen garden and books. I opted for the foot bath where the workers brought out a delicious tea that immediately relaxed me. When my esthetician was ready for me, she brought me to a private room with a heated blanket for me to settle into, and explained everything in good detail before we got started so I knew what to expect beforehand, without many interruptions of talking during. The facial was fantastic and my skin was lifted and glowing afterwards. I felt very well taken care of without being rushed. Afterwards, I was brought out to the same waiting area with a headed neck and shoulder pad for me to relax and take my time to leave when I'm ready.
