She was able to help me with some trouble spots and provide guidance on how to manage those areas going forward. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertise. You will have to book both services well in advance or happen to catch a last minute opening because both have a loyal following and are extremely popular! Yesterday, I brought my two younger daughters in for pedicures as a treat. I clearly requested a regular pedicure with gel polish, which I was told would be $35 plus $15 for gel. While I stepped away briefly, the technician had my daughters choose regular polish instead of gel. When I returned, they were already seated and the service had started, so I did not realize the mistake until the end. When I asked about it, I was told they used regular polish because I said "regular pedicure." I was referring to the type of pedicure service, not the polish, as there are multiple upgraded pedicure packages. By the next morning, both pedicures were smudged. I returned and offered to pay the additional $15 per child to have gel applied, and they refused. After 20 years as a customer, this was disappointing. The lack of flexibility and customer care was frustrating. It felt more focused on charging for every detail than taking care of a long-time client. I will not be returning.
