She walked me through the steps of my 30 minute elements massage and made sure I understood what part of my body she would be focusing on, based on my needs! Cimberly took care of my 60 minute detox facial and I felt very relaxed. She was knowledgeable about my skin type and recommended products for my needs. From the moment I walked through the doors I felt a calming energy. I was greeted warmly and offered tea or water. I was accompanied into a quiet space to fill out the intake form. The massage was excellent. I immediately rebooked and was offered 10% off on my next massage. I had tried several other therapists since moving to the area 3 years ago. I have found my massage home. The spa overall is on par with spas I have enjoyed in the past and while traveling. I will try other services! As an aside..they use real cups and mugs for beverages and cloth hand towels in the wash rooms. At the end of the massage, I found a hot towel waiting for me to wipe off any residual oil before dressing and a fresh towel on the floor when stepping off of the table! Recently I got a facial from the lovely Shirley and WOW. The results were amazing. Not to mention she is so sweet and nice, you feel comfortable the whole time. I got my facial before flying home to see some family and each one could not stop complementing how amazing my face looked. Everyone kept saying just how healthy and glowing my skin was. Hubby and I pre-booked massages during our cycling camp. Knowing we had several hard days of riding before us, we planned ahead. We originally booked massages for two days, but had to cancel one due to our coaching session. We arrived a few minutes early to completed the paper work, which was completed in just a few minutes. The previous massages must have ran over because we waited about 15 minutes for our therapists. I'm okay with that, as long as I get the full 60 minute massage I'm expecting; which we did. The place was very clean, pleasurably scented and of course had soothing spa music radiating throughout. My massage therapist (Christine or Christina...can remember which) was spectacular. I made special request for deep tissue with special emphasis on my calves, IT bands, and neck. She hit all the right spots with super intensity levels. The massage table was so nicely heated, I refused to leave after the session. No worries, stay as long as you like, says Christina. The eye mask along with the freshly peppermint scent was an added touch that helped open the sinuses. Also, the added treatment of the hot, moist towel to the back and my feet was an unexpected pleasure. Christina did a fabulous job, and I highly recommend her. My hubby's experience, was just so-so; which I was sorry to hear. Overall, the spa is nicely run; the people are very accommodating. They offer many services and lots of extra stuff for sale in the reception area that is very enticing. I would consider returning to Elements the next time we were in town. read more

Booked a couple's massage to celebrate my partner's birthday. Each of us were taken to different rooms for our massage which was most disappointing. My therapist was very chatty and my massage was under par as it was more a "squeeze and release." My therapist also was not a calming presence. The foot soak (part of the package) was in a nice room but consisted of tubs filled with water vs. a fixed structure made for soaking feet-again disappointing. This spa has been sold recently and seems to be working things out; it shows. read more

Beautiful, relaxing spa. Loud location, constantly heard trucks going up and down the street during my massage. Disappointed in my massage because she only spent a few minutes on my trouble area. She saved my back for last, but either ran out of time or got tired. Pretty frustrating when you pay $90 for a massage and they don't focus on the area you tell them to. read more
