Soft piano music and nature sounds playing and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. I had the Princess Pedicure and my husband got the Royal Pedicure. We were massaged with hot stones, given neck heating packs and treated to delicious beverages and all pedicure items are delivered on trays with flowers. The staff there understand great customer service and presentation. The massage chairs are full body massage chairs (arms too-which we love). The cleanliness of the place was stellar. I walked in and only one other patron was finishing up with her manicure so they took me immediately. I was impressed that they gave me a beautiful drape for my lap because I was wearing a skirt. I've been given a towel before by other salons but never a specially embroidered drape. This is definitely a nice touch. I asked for a gel pedicure and (listen, I know you're not supposed to do this but I have a medical condition that makes my nails not grow) acrylic on my two big toes. I did not catch my service provider's name but she was very gentle and I enjoyed my service. She fixed me right up and made my weird toes took beautiful. I will definitely return. I paid $65 plus tip which included the pedicure with gel and acrylic on two toes. I would have upgraded if it was offered but it was late and we finished exactly at 7:00PM as they were closing so I wanted to respect their time. This was the closest place that had availability, but I honestly could've went home and did it myself they do sloppy work. There were no customers in the salon, yet they were rushing as if the customers were an inconvenience to them. I can tell this is one of the lower end nail salons in the area and the people that go there clearly don't know any better.
