Elevate is a small but mighty coffee spot on Lebanon Pike in Hermitage that slings some of the tastiest coffee out of a small shed style building with two windows that can be utilized as drive thru or walk up. I popped by after being in the area and Yelping coffee places, given the reviews, photos and proximity, off I went and in I pulled! Since I had never been, I decided to park and walk up tot he window, where I chatted the barista and landed on the Iced Peaks (Mocha). It features THREE different chocolates Including white mocha, dark and milk. I was a bit worried about the ole calories, and then was told I could get it sugar free with almond milk...and at that moment, they had a deal! I grabbed the 20 oz size and added a few cookies to my order as well. The Peaks was absolutely delightful and perfection! Easily one of the best tasting mochas I have had around the city! They have a solid variety of drinks, but the Specials menu has the tastiest. There are a few drinks I cannot wait to come back and try...The Honeymoon is next on the list! I really appreciated the variety of size options and the wide array of sugar free syrup options! Those two things alone would bring me back! Service was stellar. Both baristas were friendly and efficient. Pricing was a tad surprising, but not a deal breaker. For my 20oz iced mocha and two cookies, it came to around $16/$17. At that price point, it's a special treat when in the area, and I am good with that...it's worth it. Overall, obsessed at this point and excited for my next visit to Elevate! read more

I have drove past this place several times but I finally had a chance to stop to grab a quick coffee and scone on a way to an appointment. Don't be discouraged by the line if you see one! This little place is so great! Don't be scared off by the long line it moves fast! This place reminds me of the coffee huts/shacks that you see all over the Pacific Northwest! I love this drive thru coffee spot! The owners are from Seattle, WA and saw that Hermitage needed a good coffee shop in the area...and they surely filled that need! There is parking around the area, and they do take walk-ups. However, there is usually a good amount of cars lined up to grab a cup of their delicious coffee! Oh, they also have breakfast sandwiches, too! My personal favorite is the iced Rainer - which includes almond, cherry and huckleberry. The staff is always kind, attentive and the wait for coffee once you get to the window is not long at all. I definitely recommend this spot! read more

I went with a 24oz iced americano with oat milk... It was delicious! Crisp, not bitter and the addition of oat milk really added another layer of flavor! Their service is always friendly, always fast, and always gives way to something that is always tasty. They got a double drive up, and they work double time to get you in and out of there with a great selection of wonderfully caffeinated beverages. The owner male honestly charged me for a bigger ($9.01) size and gave me a smaller size. I showed them the proof. I also gave them a 4 dollar tip IN CASH while he smirked about it. Before y'all come at me saying it was probably busy. It wasn't. He also wasn't alone. He also didn't even give me the receipt to sign. He should be loyal to his loyal customers. I did go back to try to get the difference that they owed me. They couldn't. They wanted to charge me for a small drink and give me a bigger size. I'm not rich. I wanted my money back.
