    PISTACHIO CROISSANT

Yummy coffee and food in a small cafe with kind service. Momento is a sweet spot to go to for coffee and specialty drinks when you want to get away from the big chains. Prices are steep, but the quality is good. Service is really good. The patio has some huge umbrellas, and there is a rewards club for frequent visitors. The pistachio croissant is decadent!

I went here for the first time because they are participating in Wags & Walks Dogtober challenge! The store was super cute, and there were several people eating and doing work in there. I ordered a strawberry smoothie that was truly phenomenal. I wish this was closer to my house so that I could go all the time!

Eh. It's ok. But SO pricey! $13 for a small coffee and a store bought muffin. Yikes. The "latte" tastes like plain bitter coffee. Muffin was ok but I can buy a pack of 4 from the grocery store for the same price. Won't be back.

Randomly stopped into Momento today and I'm only sad I didn't go in sooner! This is my new favorite coffee shop in the Donelson/hermitage area for sure. I was so impressed with the coziness of the cafe, the staff, and our drinks. I can't even remember the last time I had a Chai that good! Can't wait to go back and try more!

Momento Coffee is a lovely spot, especially for their seasonal coffees. The rotating drinks are always thoughtful, creative, and well balanced. Cozy vibes, friendly service, and a menu that keeps things interesting.

This review is from their location in East Nashville. The staff is SO kind and so helpful! I tried this place for the first time earlier in the week and had such a great experience with the barista and a delicious pistachio latte that I went back later and got a super yummy strawberry matcha. I totally recommend this place, there's also tons of seating in the east Nashville location for studying or working!

The space is great, and it's almost never crowded

The coffee is my favorite in town! Just incredible. I always order a Cortado, and usually get some deserts. I can't stress enough how top notch the food and drinks are. My son ordered breakfast here once. Also awesome. The service is top notch. Just friendly, helpful and polite. Great vibe! Clean and open with lots of attention to detail. 10 out of 10. Would recommend.

My husband and I went here on a little coffee date after discovering it on google the night before. Cute little coffee shop inside and they have a patio if you want to bring your dogs or just enjoy the air. I ordered the lavender latte and my husband had the pistachio. Both were not overly sweet. There's no mistaking mine was lavender. The pistachio was interesting; nutty flavor. I prefer the lavender. We shared the breakfast roll. It's pretty big. It was delicious with the Louisiana hot sauce. Plenty of parking. The one disappointment I had was that there was no coffee art. I would still come again but not expect coffee art.

Everything I have tried here is great. The lattes are excellent. The steamed drip coffee is amazing also and something you don't see everywhere. Service is great too.

    FRENCH CONNECTION Panini

Wow, Momento Specialty Coffee is a must-visit in the Hermitage area! I love finding new local coffee shops, and this one is a standout. I ordered online on a Sunday morning for pickup. I ordered 2 French connection paninis and the a breakfast plate. The French connection was a unique breakfast experience that you can find at a high-end brunch restaurant. The lavender hot honey latte is a must try as well. While the food prices are a little higher than other coffee shops, the quality of far up to par. Can't wait to enjoy another breakfast from Momento!

While I'm not a fan of the coffee the food is pretty dang good. The meal options are pretty impressive I might say. Definitely worth a trip!

Their ice creams are creamy and naturally flavored. I have tried the Brambleberry Crunch, which is one of my favorites. Their Darkest Chocolate ice cream is also delicious and decadent. But the Hibiscus Chili was the most underrated flavor. I think it deserves a lot more hype. The ice cream shop at this location can get very busy, but the service is extremely quick. The team at Jeni's is always patient with me, even when I am confused with all their range of flavors. I particularly love how the shop smells of baked waffle cones.

It's long, it's inevitable, and trying to fight it is a rookie mistake. Because when ice cream is this profoundly good, crowds happen. Step two: Don't panic. The crew behind the counter operates with the high-speed efficiency of a pit crew, yet somehow maintains the absolute patience of saints while you undergo an existential crisis deciding on flavors. My personal blueprint for success was all about contrast. I engineered a double-scoop masterpiece: a heavy, deeply decadent, unapologetic chocolate base, perfectly countered by a lighter, delicate second scoop to balance the universe. It was an elite flavor pivot. Delicious doesn't even cover it. Meanwhile, my wife absolutely devoured her fruit-forward flavors with a speed that felt slightly competitive. Total sensory overload in the best way possible. I'm giving this place a flawless five stars, mostly because I have to, but also because I am currently stalking the freezer aisle of my local Publix like a person possessed, trying to hunt down pints to replicate this high until I can get back to Nashville. Do your tastebuds a favor. Just get in line.

The fries were hot and crispy and the shake was thick and really good. Service was quick and the place was clean, which I always notice. Should have eaten upstairs. The wait for ordering was not long which is a plus. However I feel their ordering system could be a little more streamlined, there are a lot of clicks for each item. I am used to SS in Chicago and it's the same there too. I ordered nothing crazy, a cheeseburger with added pickles and some fries, and an Arnold Palmer (50/50 lemonade and tea). We waited at our table and eventually got the text our food was ready but it took over 10 minutes after that to come out. At one point they tried to bring us someone else's food and they seemed very confused about it when we said that wasn't my order. I confirmed before we left that we didn't make a mistake while ordering so it wasn't something we did. When the food did come out it had clearly been sitting for some time. The bun had not been fully cut in half and this was not even visible inside the wrapping. It was crumpled up in a cold soggy mess at the bottom of the wrapping and was inedible. I essentially ate a naked burger. The cheese had solidified and was not at all melted showing how long the food was sitting. The fries were thankfully not cold but lukewarm at best. And to top it off my drink was incorrect, it tasted and looked like strawberry lemonade. I ended up throwing much of the meal in the trash. The person delivering the food should have noticed this was not up to par and sent it back. The cleanliness was also not up to the standard I expect at SS but considering their location and time of day I would give them a pass. Would not recommend coming here after hours.
