After an intensive search, I found Mark the owner of Wakeford Consulting. He was able to come to inspect immediately and showed me that he would be able to level it and he did not try to over sell me. He was fast and did an amazing job. He did let me know that they could do the installation if Home Depot kept delaying. Home Depot tried to schedule me over a month out so I called Mark and he was available within a couple of days. Along with installing the floor, he let me know that he could also take a look at my outside deck which I had told him needed replacing. At the same time as installing the floor, he was able to order and have delivered the wood needed for the deck. Between both projects it took about 2 weeks to complete which was absolutely amazing. I was still traumatized by the fierceness of this storm and the extensive damage to all my new and existing gardens, and vowed not to use any contractor who used these tactics. The phone onslaught continued for weeks, supplemented by my doorbell being run on an almost daily basis. Early on, a friend who knew what I had been through recommended a roofing contractor she had used - Tom Krause at Advanced Construction Roofing (ACR) - and since he was NOT one of the ones who was badgering me, I contacted him to come out and take a look at the damage - but only after I had a chance to come to terms with the emotional aspect of the damage to my property. Tom was prompt and courteous and very respectful of my wishes, and worked with me over the summer to get the most complete compensation from my insurance company and recommend where best to spend that claim money. I ended up with an impact resistant roof, which lowered my insurance costs and increased my property value, and also replaced all of my gutters (instead of the few that the insurance company allowed), for just a very nominal investment on my part. I decided to wait until late fall to actually do the work to minimize the risk of another storm and another claim at my high deductible, and Tom never bothered me about that decision and came out numerous times, and personally oversaw the work, cleanup and inspection that followed. He even went out of his way to replace a screen that was not part of the hail damage that was tricky to fit and required several back and forth trips with the window company. They charged me for things they didn't even do. The ridge was crooked and on a 25 yr old roof, they didn't replace any of the plywood so the rug was wavy. The gutters overflowed with the first rain because they were filled with debris. Ultimately my insurance company paid but then cancelled my policy. ACR is actually in Littleton and not Lodo. Steer clear and save the huge headache. Happy to answer questions but want to save you from the same pain and suffering and terrible news roof that I experienced.

Sure, they finished my roof in a day, but they left starter shingles hanging from the edge of the roof and junk laying around. They said they would return to fix the roof and remove the junk. That was over a month ago and there's still a pallet in my back yard with their junk on it. They damaged the side of the house when they propped sheets of plywood against it and almost broke a window (I had to tell them to move it). My house was built in 1922 and has an exposed overhang to the roof. Instead of making sure they stapled the plywood over the beams so the staples wouldn't show, they took the lazy way and just shot them where ever. Now it looks like the whole underside of roof was peppered with a shotgun. The owner assured my they would clip the ends of the staples and he would paint the damaged areas. A guy came and didn't clip all the staples and the owner decided to contract the painting out to another company. Well, they contracted out the gutters to be installed as well. The job on the gutters is even worse than the roof so I wasn't about to let the owner pick another low budget contractor to work on my house. Bottom line in my opinion, they could care less about how your roof looks. They only see it as a job that they have to hurry up and finish so they can get to the next one. The people that actually do the work have zero pride in their work and my house as a whole looked better before they worked on it. I look at my house now and regret that I picked them.

Discount Bath's quote was well within our budget, so we contracted them to complete the task. Now that the project is completed, we can say how pleased we are with all the aspects of Discount Bath's operation. Cody, the sales representative, took his time to understand our desires and provided us with a quote which included all our selected options. Later, as we thought about the specifics of the project, he responded quickly with our further questions and clarifications. Once the contract was signed, Corey took over the project management and kept us informed as to the timing of the replacement operation. Last, but certainly not least, Noah showed up at our home and preformed the work. The project took 3 days, as any quality project would, with Noah keeping us in the loop as to what was happening, including when he would be arriving each morning.
