I saw Norm Hansen's booth at the Home and Garden show last year (and a number of others) but I am so glad I went with Norm's company, Denver Cabinet Coatings. He personally came out, took all my doors/drawer fronts off and back to his company to paint. The woman who came next to paint around the cupboards, removed things carefully and painted the permanent structure pieces beautifully and the bases boards at the floor to match. She was careful and did a fantastic and neat job! At the end of that week Norm brought back all the pieces and put on new drawer pulls for me and reinstalled the doors. I was hopeful that it would look like a new cabinet not just a "painted" over one with brush streaks. I was sooo pleased!! I couldn't be happier. They are beautiful, and the wood grain swirls are barely there! Just what I wanted! They did a fantastic job, and within the time frame and price quoted!!! See my pics! My "before" picture was from the day moved in and obviously I had a light over the sink put in, but the cabinets are what made over the kitchen!

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a so-called "professional." From the start, Patrick had an awful attitude. When I called to ask about service, he acted like I was bothering him. He was short, dismissive, and downright rude. He made no effort to be helpful. At that point, I knew I would never give him my business. I found another plumber who was professional, respectful, and charged a fair rate--something Patrick is clearly incapable of doing. If you're considering hiring Patrick at Affordable Plumbers, DON'T. He is rude and Unprofessional.
