Both times, I've gotten a pedicure and both times have been great. The pedicure is worth the money. I wish they had more nail colors available for regular polish since I don't do dip or gel but I always think they do a nice job. My husband has also gone to get a pedicure and he loves it. She recently moved here from CA where she also had a career in hair, so she is not new to the industry. She did a fabulous job of massaging my scalp and neck while she was washing my hair. I could have fallen asleep right then and there. I also really appreciated that we went over my hair history and what exactly I was looking for before she started cutting my hair. The cost for a men's cut with her is on the higher end at $40, but if you want a stylist that will put the care and detail into your cut, I would recommend her. They recommended dip, or should I say told me that I was going to do dip...Anyways. They soaked off what was on my nails and I showed them the inspo picture of what I wanted. I wasn't given a yes or no answer if they could do them, I will say they were more on the complex side. Well beings nobody told me they couldn't do them I assumed they could. Then another lady comes over to to start on my nails, I asked for nails that had french tip with design, which is why I was confused as to why my base was the same color that I picked for the french tip. Well I let her continue because I was thinking maybe I am wrong. She continues, her coworker proceeds to tell her that it isn't going to work and then she says that it is. Then, JUST NOW. She finishes the dip and NOW i am being told they cannot do the design that I wanted, they didn't have the color or the correct type of tool/paint to do what i wanted. Why wasn't I told this in the first place? I am now just irritated and had been at the salon for a little over 2 hours just severely irritated. I work in the service industry so being rude to workers is NOT in my nature but this was completely wrong and then still proceeded to charge me $72 for the base color on my nails when not once but twice was I told they couldn't do what I wanted because of THEIR WORK. The tools I understand but because she put on the wrong base then I couldn't do anything. Not a place for anything complex and clarify with them before letting them do anything.

She explained everything she was going to do, showed me different options for eyelashes, showed me the eyelashes she'd be using, the whole nine yards. She made me feel very comfortable and her salon has a very warm welcome feeling! I am a busy mom and I wanted to get something where I can wake up, don't have to worry about "putting on my face" but still look presentable. Kim helped achieve this goal and more!
