The RECEPTIONIST was the one who administered the shot because I was told she was "QUALIFIED". This woman jabbed this needle in my arm so hard when I tell you I have never felt such instant pain like this in my entire life I truly mean it. It was like she had the intention to make it hurt. Also this psychiatrist had not a single clue what to do with me and they moved locations and I never heard from them again. I'll remember you always and so will the muscle inside my arm.
