Monica is about as intuitive as they come, with a gentle yoga class perfect for those who don't want the heated studio experience, or need to refresh before going back in to the heated flow practice. Then there is Patrick.. I mean - this guy has the GIFT - blending accessible yoga, a sense of humor, and the magic of paced storytelling that always illustrates a lesson, without being yoga-preachy or cliche'. The studio goes above and beyond best practices for health, so I don't really worry about getting sick. Pricing is reasonable - with a level for anyone who wants to practice in a safe environment. Typically, I attend one of the classes, but when I can't make it, the trainers are always willing to send the workout for that day and answer any questions, so I can do the workout on my own time (Fruita Health Club has 24 hour access, which really helps fit all schedules). The workouts are challenging but can easily be modified to meet individual needs (beginners to elite athletes). The trainers are also willing to help you meet your individual goals by supporting you with nutrition advice, measurements, etc. It's such a great place!
