I guess that may not sound good for a "fitness class" but trust me, Mollie makes you work. But between "working our muscles to exhaustion" and then stretching our muscles to make them "long and lean," you feel strong and relaxed at the end of class. I did barre method for over a year in Chicago, so when I moved to Grand Junction, I was disappointed that there were no barre classes here. Mollie delivers a great class and it motivated me to eat better and be more physical (in hopes of losing my pregnancy weight). You will get an amazing work out at ROKbarre. The other instructors, all different and great in their own way. The feeling of tired legs and arms (yes, we do arm exercises while riding) but feeling accomplished. Like choreography on two wheels.
