It was said in a way that was like whoops sorry, go change your tickets. Like it was that simple. No one thought, perhaps we should just keep them in the same show and just merge the classes. This is a MAJOR inconvenience to the 12 families who now have to rearrange schedules and coordinate with their families. Perhaps not everyone is still able to attend? Nothing, sorry you have to go fix it for us. That was the mentality. Meanwhile, I had purchased 12 tickets on Ticketmaster, the day they went on sale, with all the additional costs involved so that we could get good seats. It was an additional $75 in just fees alone. With less than 24 hours until the show, the only seats left were in the nose bleed section of the venue. One of my guests could no longer come, I lost the whole cost of his ticket. We could not see our daughter from our seats in the very back of the balcony. They were like ants on the stage. We received an email saying sorry, human mistake, come get a special surprise for your dancer. This "surprise" was a 3in stuffed animal with a hair scrunchie. Certainly a surprise to me. That's what was provided for what ended up costing me over $100 in inconveniences, essentially a whole 12 tickets at 25-30 a pop, costume costs, and ultimately missed memories of my daughters first year of ballet. That was not the worst part. The worst part was traveling from that far balcony seat, down the elevators, and back to the dressing room. (I left to go retrieve her as they were walking off stage and not a moment later). SHE IS 3 (THREE) year old, I got back to the hallway to find she was all ALONE. She was blocking her face with her hands, staring and leaning into the wall, in full blown tears, terrified. When they took her back to the dressing room, not one person waited with her until I arrived to hand her off. The safety issue alone was bad enough, but the fear in her little face still haunts me. It was completely unacceptable. I heard nothing from the studio regarding that blunder. I will never recommend this studio, I will never put my child in their hands again.

The girls were very cute....they looked like very talented living dolls. It was fun to watch them dance in their costumes. They had 2 different shoes - 1 was quiet and 1 was not....and that's the fun of Irish Dancing. It was very hot in there so I applaud the girls for dancing in such a hot environment. My only suggestion would be a bit more space--especially in front of the mirrors for free weights, since that area can feel tight. I took one class that was slightly more advanced than I expected, but the instructor offered modifications and everyone was welcoming. The front desk staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I haven't used the pool myself, but family members have and really enjoy it. Overall, it's a solid facility with a positive atmosphere.

Cancelled summer camp at the last minute in 2020. Covid was clearly a factor but waiting until the…read morelast minute and then citing a family issue in addition was ridiculous. The sudden news came with a promise that the multiple deposits could be moved to 2021 but they couldn't afford to refund my money. Pretty awful considering I then had to find 3 weeks of summer camp at the last minute for my two children with almost no notice and down a few hundred dollars. I email immediately that I would not put my trust In them for any future sessions, no response. So 2021 rolls around and I send numerous emails requesting my refund for the previous years camp hoping they can "afford" to return my 6 deposits rather than steal my money as a punishment for their business' poor performance- nope. They do not even acknowledge my emails. Pathetic. So I can't speak to what kind of service they might provide but beware giving them any deposits Bc if they decide to cancel your service- they'll collect your money with zero regret or ethical consideration. Being involved with other dance studios, I've never seen something more selfish or unprofessional.

The classes I attended were small and all women, we were made to feel very comfortable and told that this was a safe place for us to express ourselves. The dance fitness classes are fun and energetic. The pace is moderate and the teaching style is repetitive. You learn the routine in sections and repeat each section before adding on. By the end of the class you will likely be doing the routine four times in a row to music. I'm thrilled to have found Marquita and her studio, offering classes that make you feel sexy and sensual while becoming fit, toned, and fully comfortable with your wonderful body.
