Any purchase made by us were to be reimbursed to us by her business and the owners. The carpet was suppose to be replaced in a timely manner, after a year of nothing we made the decision to leave the townhouse. It has now been so long without any reimbursement. I would not rent from this 'property management' company. They twist and lie about any agreements that were made.

Over the course of our stay the lock fell apart and locked us out and we had to hire a locksmith to replace it and Karen refused to reimburse. She also struggles to answer phone calls and her contacting you back is hit and miss. When you can get her on the phone, she is very rude. I honestly didn't know you could be a realtor and have poor people skills, but Karen has managed to do that. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with her and would recommend not doing any realty work through her.
