I appreciated that there was no price difference whether we did them concurrently versus sequentially. We went with the latter so that we could have a bathroom available for everyone to use. Zack and Jeremy were the project managers for my remodel and they were great throughout. Highly responsive and attentive to my needs. Bonus shout outs to their subcontractors who did electrical, tiles, and cabinets because they were extremely friendly, timely, and clean. I'd recommend Zenith for your bathroom remodeling needs.

A contract was agreed upon that thoroughly described every step of the project, all inspections required and when payments were due. Zenith Builder provided a professional crew. The Project Manager kept me informed who would be at my house and what work they would be doing. The demolition crew was quick, complete and hauled away all the trash leaving my property clean and ready for construction. What was so wonderful about this new shower was the expert person who worked tirelessly on tiling this shower. He incorporated my ideas to use decorative tile in certain places and always gave excellent suggestions on tile placement. To me, this shower is a work of art. Zenith Builder promoted the concept that the overall bathroom would be enhanced even though their work was focused on the shower. Their crew painted the entire bathroom instead of doing patch work repairs. The result is a beautiful completed bathroom. I am very pleased with the work performed by Zenith Builder and would use them again or recommend them to others. Their professional crew and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This project was completed in a timely manor and it is a joy to have a spacious, lovely working shower instead of a falling apart bathtub.

Our project included major layout changes to removing a whole fireplace/wall, and he took the time to truly understand our vision from the start. He was trustworthy, reliable, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. We always knew what was happening, what was coming next, and never felt left in the dark. For a our house renovation, that level of communication made a huge difference for me. Managing a full home remodel can be overwhelming, but Jay handled everything smoothly and professionally. He was responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive with solutions when questions or challenges came up. The quality of work speaks for itself, and we're beyond happy with the final result. He's amazing and still checks up on us to ensure everything is up and running. If you're looking for a contractor you can trust for a major renovation, we highly recommend Jay.

The responses to my questions were fast, and I asked A LOT of questions. All my questions felt welcomed by Shay and I am so thankful to him. Quality was superb. I asked Shay for help with adding a wall to my garage, change area of laundry air vent, demo carpet on stairs and on second floor , change subflooring on second floor, install laminate flooring where carpet was, new walk in shower, and upgrade our stairs to have risers. The finished job looked beautiful and well built. There were minor details that I wanted fixed and Shay had it fixed next day. It was amazing. As for the cost, it was comparable to other competitors. We saw Shay and his team had proof of work. Shay took us to one of his other renovation projects and that house was beautiful. Even after the job is done, Shay does not ghost you. I asked him if he could look at something for me and he still sent someone my way. Overall, my partner and I are both so happy we went with JRD Construction. Dont hesitate to choose them!

We've interviewed a few home builders, checked out their work and reputation, and eventually decided to go with Gil, Oren, and the whole team of Go Home Builders. Working with the insurance was a pain, luckily Gil had experience working with Allstate insurance before, and he helped us a lot getting the money we needed to rebuild our home. The planning process took a bit longer than what we initially planned for. The county of LA took their sweet time approving our plans. Fortunately, after 2 sets of revisions we were fully approved. The construction wasn't bad at all, they had plenty of guys working on our home at the same time. The only time there was no work, was on inspection days. The finishes was one thing that was extremely important for us. My wife and I are detail oriented and wanted to make sure we're choosing the right company to do the finish work correctly. All I can say is that they exceeded my expectations. Overall the beginning of the process was extremely emotional challenging, but the whole team of Go Home Builders made us feel like we're not alone. My wife and I are very grateful for them. I'd highly recommend.

Go Home Builders did a wonderful job with our primary bathroom remodel. We interviewed multiple…read morecompanies and went with GHB since they seemed the most design-forward and client-friendly of the bunch, and gave us a reasonable quote too. I had a rough vision in mind for fitting a lot into a relatively small space, but wanted to see the options rendered so I could better make the big layout and design decisions. Alexis was very patient and super helpful in mocking up each iteration until we locked in the final design. Once it was time to actually break ground, Gil, Oren, Uriel, and the rest of the team were really responsive and always available by text. Unlike previous contractors we've worked with, they usually gave us an idea of what was happening the next day/week and who to expect onsite. The first ~70% of the project went really smoothly and far exceeded my expectations. Demo, framing, rough plumbing, and electrical all largely went without a hitch. We ran into some problems towards the end around communication, timeline, and subcontractor oversight -- which led to more delays when someone punctured our new in-wall toilet tank and flooded both the bathroom and bedroom. We know every construction job runs into challenges so we weren't bent out of shape by it, and we did appreciate that GHB took full responsibility for fixing the issues. By and large we were really impressed by most of their subcontractors, especially the very professional and considerate plumbing, electrical, and tiling teams! After living with our new bathroom for a while now, we can definitely say it was worth the wait, and such a huge improvement over our previous dysfunctional layout. Thanks to GHB for their great service, amazing attitude, attention to detail, and for bringing the bright, colorful bathroom of my dreams to life!

It…read moreincluded demo and tearing everything out and installing everything new in one bathroom and new flooring, vanity, and toilet in another. I know this review is basically 1.5 years later but I wanted to use the bathrooms and see how it held up before writing this review and it just became overdue. Anyways, I would not recommend Robert and his team for any similar jobs. I'm honestly shocked by the positive reviews and felt I needed to post mine because I found Robert through yelp and feel mislead. There are a lot of things that have issues now. The grout lines in the shower are flaking off in layers because it was not done properly the first time. The niche that was built has a lip that holds water and won't drain. The vanity is leveled but the gap between the wooden cabinet and the slab counter top is not. One of the doors of the vanity was installed poorly and is now loose. The laminate flooring tiles are separated in one of the bathrooms. There is so much flex when you walk on it even since the day it was installed. I regret not insisting on leveling the floor before install but Robert told us his expert opinion was that it wasn't necessary. We asked Robert to do measurements on the day we signed the contract so we can order enough materials including extra for the floor and shower. We ordered exactly as he told us but when install came, we needed to go out and buy more bc of mistakes or miscalculation. This lead to needing to buy completely different flooring for the other bathroom bc the store didn't have enough of the original one we picked out. The shower had rust coming out and his plumber was sent out to fix it (the plumber wasn't present during the initial install, FYI). There was so much extra material with the exhaust fan duct he installed and there was papers left inside that blocked the vent opening. The towel rod is not leveled. We had to reinstall one of the toilets ourselves within a year bc of a leak cause by the rubber ring. Everyone on the team was very nice and polite, however, with the exception of the plumber, I would not consider their craftsmanship and skill level to be the level of someone who works in construction as their main profession. There is a lot more I could say but I'll end it here. If all my issues were cosmetic, I'd give them 3 stars. But considering the fact that a lot of these issues had to be fixed by us or can't be fixed now but only the next time we do another renovation (flooring, shower tiles and niche, uneven patching and texture on walls/ceiling), 2 stars seems fair. I would not recommend King Legacy Construction to anyone looking for a renovation/remodel.
