But when I got home and cleansed my face that night and started my usual skin care routine, I realized there were areas all over my face that were hurting, I looked in the mirror and realized I had small abrasions all over my face, neck and chest from where they exfoliated to hard. Then I had a pedicure, by another student , she cut both sides of my feet with one of those purple exfoliating scrubbers. Instead of just using it on my heals and rough spots, she scrubbed the inside of my foot where the soft skin is, it was very obvious and she didn't even apologize. I let her keep going, but when it came to the paint job, first she didn't clean the toe nail off first, that still had oil on it. Then she painted some of the toe nail, some of the skin , put the top coat on and then went back over some spots with more color. Honestly a first grader learning to color in the lines would have done better. She then had her instructor come sign off and I told them I was no longer interested in having my hair done, it was supposed to be the person who did the nails. I showed her where I had been cut, still no apology. Anyways I went straight to Noir and had them redo my nails! I totally understand it's a school and people are learning, but this was not ok. I also called and left a message with I guess the person, that fields complaints and never received a call back. I wasn't going to post this if I had had a person call me back. But they didn't.
