Don't take your kids here for gymnastics. It's not worth the hassle of dealing with their staff. So…read morerude. They don't respond to emails and will take your money for all they can. They don't care about your children, they care more about the money. Promise. It's sad. Some coaches here are really good, but dealing with the business side of it is definitely not worth it. I am a dance teacher and have worked with many studios and schools and I understand both sides of the student/business relationship. Trust me when I say, this is all business. They truly don't care. There are many other places to go. I suggest doing your research. Hope this helps someone so they don't have to deal with the same headaches and hassle that I had to go through.

I cannot recommend All-american Gymnastics. We started about a year ago after doing research on…read moremultiple gyms in a 15 mile radius. We went with all American due to its past reputation with a past Olympian. I wanted my daughter to go to a great gymnastics situation where she was taught proper technique and wasn't as likely to be injured. I gave them some extra stars for having a wide variety of equipment and fun recreation classes for the younger ones. However, it became apparent the staff was miserable there. I emailed 4 different staff (didn't know me) for private lessons and not one returned. This, despite the facility claiming you can pay for extra private lessons on the side. They make you set it up directly with the coaches. Apparently staff are not compensated well enough. Final straw was staff charging me extra 2 months my daughter didn't attend. I attempted to kindly work with them to no avail. Her last physical visit we notified the front office that we would be taking a break and not to charge us. That request was ignored and what commenced was condescending very rude staff behavior. I will pay the two months they are charging me for the time my daughter didn't go, but we will never return. Side note: this month I learned almost all of their team competitive coaches left and many of their students ...to go to another facility in Springville.

I'm most familiar with gymnastics program. I love the preschool. The coaches are so fun and…read moreplayful. Level one (the level right after preschool 5+) is more serious and there aren't themes like preschool. They have pre-team that you try out for and then they have Team as well. They also have a tumbling and all boys classes. Outside of gymnastics they have adult classes at varying times in the day. I haven't been to any of these. I have used the fitness equipment and they have a track and cardio equipment and then a second section with weights. If you love basketball, don't worry. There's plenty of open gym time in the evening. If you're a mom who wants to work out in the morning, there's a kid fit class for ages up to 6 six and a daycare for ages up to 8. There's a rock climbing wall that's open from 5:00 to I think 8:00 that's $8 for 1 hour. They do not provide shoes. If you're a resident of Lehi and haven't tried it out, I recommend getting a pass for a day and checking out their pool. Head's up it gets pretty loud in there!

They didn't tell us where the pool access was so I had to ask and they seemed more concerned with my potty trained-young one having two swim diapers to wear under swimsuit. I assured them I had both swim diaper types in my bag, but they looked at me like I was lying. Newsflash: not all parents care to put this on while riding in the car to be ready since some of us prefer to change into swim gear while there! Some guards are also rude. They blow their whistle for no reason at kids having fun and look like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. They also ask you to not stand too close to the big slide's exit when catching your kiddo and ask you to move away for safety, even though that results in your kiddo going underwater when coming off the slide and it taking longer to retrieve them. I can understand not standing ACTUALLY CLOSE to the slide, but five-ish feet away seems ridiculous, especially when standing off to the side.
