For me personally it is very comforting to know that a company is "tech saavy." They make it very easy to manage payments electronically and to research class options and connect with the staff. They respond to emails very quickly and professionally. I am very pleased with the instructors. I'll just say it - my three year old child is on the terrible side. I love her but even compared to other kids her age she has a hard time paying attention and waiting turns, etc. We actually put her in gymnastics to give her some structure and self discipline and to give her an outlet for her massive amounts of energy. The instructors are loving and supportive but also very "no nonsense." They set good boundaries and expect good behavior which is very good for my child. I feel that my children are learning the fundamentals of gymnastics but still having fun. They use the rings, the balance beam, do floor exercises, etc. but they balance that with more free activities like jumping on the trampoline. The teachers are really cute when the kids are stretching and they keep the energy up so that the young children stay focused. They also teach in pairs and break the class up to give each child very individual attention. I have to say that I have no criticism of Elite at this point. They seem to keep their classes very full but I think that shows that people want to send their children there due to their excellence.

If you want your child to be pushed into a level he's not ready for because the coaches need to fill the classes to make enough money, go to Elite. If you want your son to exercise, have fun, and learn new skills with coaches that care, look elsewhere.

When we signed up for a 3-4 year old class at a different time, it was permanently combined with the 1-2 year old parent and child class without any prior communication that it would be. Our child was ignored and not shown where to go for the first part of class and then overwhelmed by the chaos of a mixed format class with one teacher in training, so we lost $60 and 55 minutes watching our child do no gymnastics at all.

At that time, we were told she only had a couple things she needed to work on and that she had the ability to make it to the next level. Because of that conversation, the outcome came as a complete surprise. What has been most disappointing is the lack of honesty, communication, and personal consideration throughout this process. The kids had a great time. They offer all the full gymnastic equipment along with trampolines and a foam pit. The teachers on staff are there to assist and lead the group in activities such as a obstacle course. It's a great for large groups. To top off the ultimate birthday experience, they have a party room to celebrate and decorate at your discretion. We had the room in a My Little Pony theme. It was such a hit. The first day was trial class and the class after I enroll my kids and paid in the middle of class. In these 2 class, no one told me my 3-year son is required to put on the mask, but the class after I paid they force the 3-year boy to put on a mask! They tight a big mask on his mouth and he was wondering what's going on! He left the class after a few minutes and no one care. I respect if it is a rule, but they need to follow the rule even in a trial class if they are honest with customers! They should talk about rules before enrollment if they are honest. 2. The second week they charge me for the second month! I authorized them for autopay but not for any the time they like to charge me! They refunded that but I'm wondering how they manage the processes! The front desk guy? She has her own world let's don't talk about that. 3.Unlike other classes that my kids are in, they did not inform me of the holiday. I just came in and see the doors are open!! but no one is in! Forget why the door was open but about class, later they said we had some signs on the wall about the holiday! Good job, but I was thinking they are a normal institute like other ones! I'm receiving texts, emails, or call for any change from my kid's school, swim, and dance classes.
